Claims (5)
- CPU와 메모리가 내장된 IC칩 및 안테나 코일로 이루어진 무선주파수 태그에 있어서,상기 IC칩은 클록 및 배터리 절전회로를 더 포함하고,상기 태그는 캡슐 형태의 형상을 하고 있으며, 상기 태그의 일 단부에 설치되고 그 측정값을 상기 IC칩으로 전송하는 온도센서; 및 상기 안테나 코일의 내측에 일부 또는 전부가 삽입되어 있고 상기 IC칩에 전원을 공급하는 배터리;를 더 포함하고,상기 배터리 절전회로는 상기 클록의 신호에 따라 일정 주기(제1 주기) 마다 활성화 신호를 상기 CPU에 전송하고, 이에 따라 적어도 상기 온도센서의 측정값 및 측정시각이 상기 메모리에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선주파수 태그.
- CPU와 메모리가 내장된 IC칩 및 안테나로 이루어진 무선주파수 태그에 있어서,상기 IC칩은 클록 및 배터리 절전회로를 더 포함하고,상기 태그는 캡슐 형태의 형상을 하고 있으며, 상기 태그의 일 단부에 설치되고 그 측정값을 상기 IC칩으로 전송하는 온도센서; 및 상기 IC칩에 전원을 공급하는 배터리;를 더 포함하고,상기 안테나는 상기 캡슐 외장의 적어도 일부분을 구성하는 필름 형태의 플 렉시블 안테나이며, 상기 배터리 절전회로는 상기 클록의 신호에 따라 일정 주기(제1 주기) 마다 활성화 신호를 상기 CPU에 전송하고, 이에 따라 적어도 상기 온도센서의 측정값 및 측정시각이 상기 메모리에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선주파수 태그.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서가 측정하는 값이 미리 설정된 일정 온도범위를 벗어날 경우, 이 때의 온도 측정값 및 측정시각을 상기 메모리에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선주파수 태그.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서가 측정하는 값이 미리 설정된 일정 온도범위를 벗어날 경우, 이 때의 측정값 및 측정시각, 및 그 시각으로부터 일정 주기(제2 주기) 마다 측정된 측정값 및 측정시각을 상기 메모리에 저장하고, 상기 제2 주기는 상기 제1 주기보다는 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 무선주파수 태그.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 무선주파수 태그가 마이크로파 신호에 의해 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선주파수 태그.
