본 고안은 휴대용 오일 유량계에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 탱크로리로 보일러나 중장비 등에 오일을 주유시에 오일(oil)의 역류현상을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 주유량을 정확하게 표시하는 휴대용 오일 유량계에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 상기의 문제점을 해결하고자 안출한 것으로서, 이의 고안요지는 앞뒤가 통공된 원통관 형상의 유량계 구조로 하되, 오일 배출구가 선단에 장착된 유량계 몸체의 선단부에는 계기판이 장착되고 후미의 가장자리에는 실리콘 패킹을 삽입하며 몸체 중심부의 내주연에는 환형의 에어튜브를 고정 장착하고 상기 에어튜브가 내장된 몸체의 외주면에도 통공을 각각 형성하되 이 통공은 상기한 에어튜브의 에어 주입부와 연통되며 상기한 다수의 통공을 동시에 개폐하고자 스프링을 개재한 다수개의 피스톤을 일체로 형성한 피스톤 유니트의 상단부에는 스프링에 의해 승강 작동되는 푸쉬버튼을 삽입 장착하되 이 푸쉬버튼의 하강시에는 걸림쇠에 의해 양측 걸림공에서 체결되는 구조인바, 이는 본 고안인 휴대용 오일 유량계의 후미로 탱크로리의 주유건을 삽입하여 상기한 에어튜브에 밀착시킨 후 상기 푸쉬버튼을 눌러 하강시킴에 따라 피스톤 유니트의 피스톤이 통공부에 끼워질 때에 에어튜브에 외부공기가 주입되어 상기 튜브가 부풀러짐에 따라 상기한 오일주유건과 본 유량계 가 에어튜브에 의해 밀착되어 오일이 유량계몸체 내에서 뒤로 역류되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 오일의 주입량을 정확하게 산정할 수 있어 매우 실용적인 효과가 있는 것이다.The present invention was devised to solve the above problems, and the subject matter of the present invention is a cylindrical flowmeter structure having a front and rear through holes, but an instrument panel is mounted at the front end of the flowmeter body having an oil outlet at the front end and at the edge of the rear end.
