Claims (36)
- 하기의 특성 중 하나 이상을 갖는, 배양 중에서 증식하는 분화세포 집단:ㆍ 1% 이상의 세포가 CD45 양성임;ㆍ 20% 이상이 CD34 양성임;ㆍ 70% 이상이 CD13 양성임;ㆍ 10% 이상이 AC133 양성임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 영장류 분화다능성 줄기 (pPS) 세포를 분화시키는 것에 의해 수득되는 세포 집단.
- 제 2 항의 세포집단, 및 그로 분화되는 미분화 pPS 세포주로 이루어진 두 개의 세포 집단(들).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 5% 이상의 세포가 CD34 양성 및 CD45 양성인 세포 집단(들).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1% 미만의 미분화 pPS 세포를 함유하는 세포 집단.
