Description
Claims (14)
- 하나 이상의 반결정성 중합체 및 하나 이상의 비결정성 폴리올레핀을 가열된 혼합 어셈블리에서 용융시키고 혼합하고, 수득한 혼합물을 가공하여 중합체 성형 조성물을 수득하고, 중합체 성형 조성물을 가공하여 성형품을 수득함을 포함하는, 플라스틱으로부터 제조된 성형품의 조도를 감소시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 반결정성 중합체가 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르 또는 이들의 공중합체, 또는 이로부터 제조된 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 혼합 어셈블리가 나사못을 장착한 기계인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 성형 조성물을 가공하여 성형품을 수득하는 공정이 사출 성형, 압출, 사출-압축 성형 또는 압축 성형에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융 및 혼합, 및 또한 성형이 단일 작업으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 비결정성 폴리올레핀이 사이클로올레핀 공중합체 또는 사이클로올레핀 중합체를 개별적으로 또는 혼합물로서 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 비결정성 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌 및/또는 α-폴리올레핀과 하나 이상의 사이클릭, 비사이클릭 및/또는 폴리사이클릭 올레핀으로 제조된 공중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비결정성 폴리올레핀이 화학식 I 내지 VII의 하나 이상의 사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 올레핀으로부터 유도되는 방법.화학식 I화학식 II화학식 II'화학식 III화학식 IV화학식 V화학식 VI화학식 VII상기식에서,라디칼 R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7및 R8은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, H, C6-C20-아릴, C1-C20-알킬, F, Cl, Br 또는 I이고,n은 0 내지 5의 정수이고,m은 2 내지 10의 정수이다.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 비결정성 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌 및 노르보르넨으로부터 제조된 공중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트가 반결정성 중합체 대신에 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성형품이 화장용 스틱 또는 연필인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 성형품의 기계가공을 위한 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 성형품의 세공(turning), 평탄화, 천공(drilling), 톱질, 제분, 분쇄, 브로우칭(broaching), 정다듬질(chiseling), 나사산(screw-thread) 절단, 기어휠-분쇄, 기어휠-절단, 정밀 세공, 정밀 천공 또는 정밀 분쇄에 의한 기계가공을 위한 용도.
- 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드 및 폴리카보네이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 중합체를 포함하는, 하나 이상의 사이클로올레핀 공중합체를 포함하는 열가소성 중합체로부터 제조된 혼합물.
