Abstract
본 발명은 고미제인 데나토늄 벤조에이트(Denatonium Benzoate)라는 물질을 식품에 혼합한 다이어트 식품 조제에 관한 것으로서, 데나토늄 벤조에이트의 쓴맛에 의하여 음식맛을 전혀 느끼지 못할 뿐만 아니라 음식물에 대한 식욕을 단시간동안 감퇴시킬 수 있어 필요한 시간대의 선택적인 사용으로 1일 영양권장량을 초과하는 음식물의 섭취를 막아 영양불균형을 방지하면서 다이어트를 할 수 있는 다이어트 식품용 조제에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 고미제인 데나토늄 벤조에이트(Denatonium Benzoate)라는 물질을 혼합한 다이어트 식품 조제에 관한 것이다.
기존의 다이어트 식품은 식이섬유를 함유한 다이어트 식품이나 체지방분해성분을 함유한 다이어트 식품 또는 생식을 이용한 다이어트 식품이 대부분이어서 소량의 음식물 섭취로 공복감을 해소시키거나 음식물을 섭취하되 특정영양분을 흡수하지 못하게 하여 다이어트 효과를 이룰 수 있는 것이었다. 그러나 상기의 다이어트 식품의 경우 중 식이섬유를 이용하는 경우는 상시 복용이 어렵고 다이어트 효과가 미미한 단점이 있으며, 특정 영양분을 흡수하지 못하도록 하는 다이어트 식품의 경우에는 영양불균형을 발생시킬 우려가 있으며 소화불량등의 부작용이 발생하는 단점이 있었으며, 생식을 이용한 다이어트 식품의 경우에도 소량의 음식물의 섭취로 인한 공복감이 발생하고 식욕을 일으키는 음식물이 있을 때는 폭식의 우려가 있어 다이어트 효과를 얻기 어려운 단점이 있다.
따라서 본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 선행기술의 제반 문제점을 해소할 수 있는 다이어트 식품용 조제를 제공하는 것을 기술적 과제로 한다.
본 발명에서는 음식물에 고미제인 데나토늄 벤조에이트를 사용한 다이어트 식품용 조제를 첨가하면 고미제의 쓴맛에 의하여 식욕을 저하시켜 비만에 시달리는 사람들에게 매우 효과적으로 체중을 조절하여 줄 수 있는 특징이 있다는 것을 알게 되어 본 발명을 완성하게 된 것이다. 또한 상기의 다이어트 식품용 조제를 사용하면 상시 다이어트를 하지 않고 필요한 시간별로, 즉 비만의 주요 원인이 되는 저녁시간대의 음식물 섭취를 선택적으로 방지할 수 있으며 인체에도 부작용이 없는 안전한 다이어트를 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
그러므로 본 발명에 의하면 데나토늄 벤조에이트 5∼20ppm, DHA 1∼20wt%, EPA 1∼20wt%와 탄수화물, 단백질, 지방 , 나트륨, 칼슘, 베타카로틴, 비타민, 엽산, 철분 군중에서 선택되는 1종이상의 물질의 혼합물 60∼93wt%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어트 식품용 조제가 제공된다.
이하 본 발명을 보다 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명의 다이어트 조제의 주요 성분인 데나토늄 벤조에이트의 성분(분자식)은 C28H34N2O3이며 흰색의 무취한 분말형태이며 용융점은 섭씨 166∼170℃이고 물과 에탄올에 잘 용해되나 아세톤에는 거의 용해되지 않으며 에테르에는 불용성인물질이다.
상기 데나토늄 벤조에이트는 1950년 영국 글락소(GLAXO)사에서 물질 특허를 취득하여 세제, 부동액에 첨가하여 사용하여 오고 있으며 미국에서는 오레곤주, 캘리포니아주 등에서 애완동물이 부동액을 먹고 죽는 것을 방지하기 위해 부동액 첨가가 의무화(Chemical Marketing Reporter 1993, July, 5) 되어 있고, 어린이의 식용을 방지하기 위하여 각종 세제에도 첨가(Chemical week December 1,1993, p44)하도록 규정되어 있으며, 영국에서는 쥐약, 밧데리등에 첨가(Chemist & Druggist 21,1992,p439)하고 있는 물질이다. 상품으로서는 가짜약(소화제 대용으로 나온 가짜약)이나 어린아이 젖을 뗄 때 사용하는 쓴맛을 내는 상품들이 오래전부터 사용하고 있다.
영국 비상의학회 실험자료(J.R. Sibet and N. Frude, Archieves of Emergency Medicine, 1991. 8 1-7)에서는 생후 17∼36개월된 아기를 대상으로 10ppm의 고미제가 들어있는 쥬스의 음용실험한 결과, 음용이 가능할 정도로 독성이나 인체 유해성은 없는 물질이며 미국의 FDA 자료에 의하면 3,500ppm까지는 피부에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 발표되어 있다(FDA No.80N0146/CP1)
상기 데나토늄 벤조에이트는 일단 입에 들어가면 즉시 맛을 나타내며 그 쓴맛이 입에서 꽤 오래 지속된다. 이것은 질소 원자에 벤질기와 두 개의 에틸기가 결합되어 잇는데 이 에틸기를 비슷한 메틸기로 치환하면 쓴맛이 10만분의 1로 감소된다. 광택제, 방향제, 염색약, 의료용 세척제, 자동차 세척제 등에 음용방지용으로 사용된다. 심지어 유치원 같은 데서는 오래된 페인트가 벗겨져서 어린애들이 그것을 벗겨내어 먹지 못하도록 그 위에 덧칠을 하는데도 이용된다. 꽃이나 새싹을 쪼아먹는 새를 쫓아내기 위하여 비료에 섞기도 한다. 손톱을 깨무는 버릇을 고치기 위하여 메니큐어에도 사용된다.
본 발명에서는 상기 데나토늄 벤조에이트 5∼20ppm를 첨가하여 다이어트 식품용조제를 제공할 수 있는데, 5ppm미만을 첨가하는 경우에는 쓴맛의 효과가 감소되며, 20ppm이 넘는 경우에는 구토를 유발할 수도 있다. 본 발명의 다이어트 식품용 조제는 다이어트 효과뿐만 아니라 담배를 피우고 싶은 욕구를 억제할 뿐만 아니라 음주를 방지하는 효과도 뛰어나다. 상기 데나토늄 벤조에이트는 액체형태, 알약형태 및 분말형태로 음식물에 첨가될 수 있는데 식욕을 느끼는 때에 상기 데나토늄 벤조에이트가 첨가된 조제를 함유한 음식물을 먹으면 쓴맛을 느끼게 되고 음식물에 대한 식욕이 순간적으로 감퇴되어 과다한 음식물 섭취를 방지하거나 담배를 피우고 싶은 욕구를 억제하고 술을 마시고 싶은 충동을 억제하는 효과도 있으며, 가장 우수한 효과로는 궁극적으로 다이어트 효과를 이룰 수 있다는 점이다.
본 발명에서는 상기 데나토늄 벤조에이트만을 첨가하여 다이어트용 조제를 제조하는 경우에 본 조제의 과도한 사용으로 인한 영양불균형을 막기 위하여 데나토늄 벤조에이트외에 DHA 1∼20wt%, EPA 1∼20wt%와 탄수화물, 단백질, 지방 , 나트륨, 칼슘, 베타카로틴, 비타민, 엽산, 철분 군중에서 선택되는 1종이상의 물질의 혼합물 60∼93wt%을 첨가하여 다이어트 식품용 조제를 제조하는 것이 바람직하다. 탄소수가 22개인 불포화지방산으로 어류에 많이 존재하며, 두뇌인지질 구성성분으로 어린이 두뇌 발달 및 노인성 치매 예방에 효과가 있는 물질인 DHA, 망막세포와기억력을 관장하는 대뇌 해마세포의 주성분으로서 등푸른생선에 많이 함유된 에이코사펜타에노산(eicosapentaenoic acid)의 약칭인 EPA, 기초 영양분인 탄수화물, 단백질, 지방 , 나트륨, 칼슘, 베타카로틴, 비타민, 엽산, 철분군중에서 선택되는 1종이상의 물질의 혼합물을 첨가하여 데나토늄 벤조에이트의 과다 복용을 방지하고 영양불균형을 막을 수 있다. 상기 혼합물에는 탄수화물과 단백질의 함량을 혼합물 전체 대비 80%이상이 되도록 하는 것이 소화기관에 부담이 없고 과다복용에 대한 부작용을 방지할 수 있다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의하면 데나토늄 벤조에이트의 쓴맛에 의하여 음식맛을 전혀 느끼지 못할 뿐만 아니라 음식물에 대한 식욕을 단시간동안 감퇴시킬 수 있어 필요한 시간대의 선택적인 사용으로 1일 영양권장량을 초과하는 음식물의 섭취를 막아 영양불균형을 방지하면서 다이어트를 할 수 있으며, 금연의 효과에도 탁월하며, 금주효과도 가능하다. 본 발명의 보조영양식품등을 활용한 다이어트 식품용 조제의 경우 훌륭한 다이어트 식품 첨가제로 이용될 수 있다.
Claims (2)
- 데나토늄 벤조에이트 5∼20ppm, DHA 1∼20wt%, EPA1∼20wt%와 탄수화물, 단백질, 지방 , 나트륨, 칼슘, 베타카로틴, 비타민, 엽산, 철분 군중에서 선택되는 1종이상의 물질의 혼합물 60∼93wt%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어트 식품용 조제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 데나토늄 벤조에이트는 액체형태, 알약형태 및 분말형태를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어트 식품용 조제.
