시험 식물을 온실 조건하에 포트내에서 파종한다. 표준 토양을 재배 기판으로서 사용한다. 발아전 단계에서 제초제를 단독으로 및 혼합물로서 토양의 표면에 적용한다. 적용률은 논밭 또는 온실 조건하에서 측정한 최적 농도에 의해 조절된다. 시험은 적용한지 2 내지 4주 후에 평가한다(100% 작용= 식물이 완전히 죽음, 0% 작용= 식물독성 작용이 없음). 당해 시험에서 사용된 혼합물은 우수한 결과를 나타낸다.Test plants are sown in pots under greenhouse conditions. Standard soil is used as the cultivation substrate. At the stage of germination, herbicides are applied to the surface of the soil alone and as a mixture.
