Claims (20)
- 점착화된 스티렌계 블록 공중합체를 포함하는, 단일 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 접착제로서,상기 스티렌계 블록 공중합체가 11 내지 23중량%의 총 스티렌 함량을 갖는 이원블록 및 삼원블록 스티렌/이소프렌 및/또는 스티렌/부타디엔 블록 공중합체의 혼합물이고,이원블록 물질이 스티렌/이소프렌 공중합체인 경우, 상기 스티렌계 블록 공중합체가 60,000g/몰보다 큰 분자량을 갖는 이원블록 공중합체를 58 내지 77중량% 함유하며,이원블록 물질이 스티렌/부타디엔 공중합체인 경우, 상기 스티렌계 블록 공중합체가 50,000g/몰보다 큰 분자량을 갖는 이원블록 공중합체를 40 내지 80중량% 함유하는 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,총 스티렌 함량이 15 내지 20중량%인 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이원블록 공중합체 및 삼원블록 공중합체가 둘다 스티렌/이소프렌 공중합체인 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이원블록 물질이 스티렌/이소프렌 이원블록 공중합체이고 전체 블록 공중합체의 58 내지 77중량%를 구성하는 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이원블록 물질이 스티렌/부타디엔 이원블록 공중합체이고 전체 블록 공중합체의 40 내지 80중량%를 구성하는 접착제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,삼원블록 물질이 분자량 45,000 내지 300,000의 스티렌/이소프렌 삼원블록 공중합체인 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이원블록 물질이 분자량 60,000 내지 150,000의 스티렌/이소프렌 이원블록 공중합체인 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이원블록 물질이 스티렌/부타디엔 이원블록 공중합체이고 전체 블록 공중합체의 40중량% 이상을 구성하는 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이원블록 물질이 스티렌/부타디엔 이원블록 공중합체이고 50,000 내지 150,000의 분자량을 갖는 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,점착제(tackifier)가 탄화수소 수지인 접착제.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,점착제가 지방족 C5수지인 접착제.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,점착제가 방향족 수지인 접착제.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,점착제가 방향족/지방족 C5/C9수지인 접착제.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,수지가 수소화된 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,20℃에서 낮은 프리퀀시에서 6000Pa 미만의 저장 모듈러스 탄성 정점을 갖는 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,G'이 20℃에서 측정할 때 0.03rad/s보다 높은 프리퀀시에서 10,000Pa의 값을 가로지르는 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,20℃에서 저장 모듈러스가 10000Pa의 값을 가로지르는 프리퀀시에서 0.4 내지 1을 포함하는 손실 계수 Tanδ를 갖는 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 따른 접착제인 고온 용융 감압성 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 따른 접착제를 포함하는, 다이 절단 작업을 포함하는 라벨 제조에 사용하기 위한 접착제.
- 점착화된 스티렌계 블록 공중합체를 포함하고 단일 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 접착제를 고온 용융 접착제로서 릴리이스 라이너에 도포한 후, 피복된 릴리이스 라이너를표면재에 적층시키고 이 적층체를 라벨 원료(label stock)로 전환시킴을 포함하는, 라벨 제조방법으로서,상기 스티렌계 블록 공중합체가 11 내지 23중량%의 총 스티렌 함량을 갖는 이원블록 및 삼원블록 스티렌/이소프렌 및/또는 스티렌/부타디엔 블록 공중합체의 혼합물이고,이원블록 물질이 스티렌/이소프렌(SI) 공중합체인 경우, 상기 스티렌계 블록 공중합체가 60,000g/몰보다 큰 분자량을 갖는 이원블록 공중합체를 58 내지 77중량% 함유하며,이원블록 물질이 스티렌/부타디엔 공중합체인 경우, 상기 스티렌계 블록 공중합체가 50,000g/몰보다 큰 분자량을 갖는 이원블록 공중합체를 40 내지 80중량% 함유하는 방법.
