Claims (7)
- 전원을 공급받도록 나선이 형성된 전원 연결부;상기 전원연결부의 전방에 설치되며, 상기 전원연결부를 통해 공급받은 전원으로 LED를 구동할 수 있도록 소자들이 설치된 구동PCB;상기 구동PCB를 덮을 수 있도록 마련되며, 상기 구동PCB에 설치된 소자들을 보호하는 보호커버;상기 구동PCB의 전방에 적층되며, 큰 직경에서 작은 직경까지 소정간격으로 이격되게 피라미드 형태로 적층되는 원판형의 적층PCB;상기 적층PCB의 가장자리에 설치되며, 빛을 발생시키는 다수의 LED;상기 적층PCB를 적층된 상태로 결합하는 체결부재;상기 적층PCB의 전방 적층PCB와 후방 적층PCB 사이에 설치되며, 소정간격으로 이격시키는 간격유지보스; 및상기 LED 전방에 설치되어 LED에서 발산된 빛이 표시되며, 상기 LED를 보호하는 렌즈를 포함하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교통신호등용 LED 전구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED전구는 외력이 발생될 경우 흔들림에 의한 진동을 흡수하도록 보호커버에 쿠션부재가 마련되며,상기 쿠션부재는 상기 보호커버를 덮을 수 있도록 캡 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교통신호등용 LED 전구.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 적층PCB에 설치되는 LED는 전방의 렌즈를 향해 소정각도로 경사지는 것을 특징으로 하는 교통신호등용 LED 전구.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 적층PCB중에 최전방의 적층PCB는 원판 형태로 형성되어 전방의 렌즈를 향하는 면에 LED가 균일하게 설치되며,상기 후방의 적층PCB는 링 형태로 마련되어 전방의 렌즈를 향하는 면의 가장자리에 균일하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교통신호등용 LED 전구.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 후방의 적층PCB에 설치되는 LED는 가장자리를 따라 동심원을 갖게 2~3열로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교통신호등용 LED 전구.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 적층PCB의 후방에는 LED에서 후방으로 발산된 빛의 일부를 전방으로 반사하는 반구형의 반사판이 더 마련되는 특징으로 하는 교통신호등용 LED 전구.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 반사판은 상기 쿠션부재의 후방에 설치되며, 중앙에 소켓부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교통신호등용 LED 전구.
