Claims (3)
- 생산된 다목적식품 및 사료 원재료가 수동 투입되어지는 호퍼 및 컨베이어(20)와;피건조물이 자동 이송되도록 해주는 센서가 부착된 콘트롤박스(10)와;원재료를 분리 및 다듬 세척 하는 다듬분리1차세척기(40)와;분리 다듬 되어 컨베이어(20)에 의해 이동 되어진 피건조물이 추가 세척과 동시에 헹굼이 되게 하는 2차세척헹굼기(41)와;건조시간을 단축하기 위하여 피건조물을 1 ~ 2cm의 크기로 자동 절단파쇄하는 절단파쇄기와(50);상기 세척 및 헹굼 절단 파쇄시 발생되는 수분을 30%이하로 탈수 정화 배출하는 폐수정화조(60)와;상기 절단 파쇄된 피건조물이 컨베이어벨트(31)로 이송되어 예열 열풍에 의해 수분 제거를 위한 1차 건조를 시켜주는 예열건조기(70)와;1차 건조된 피건조물이 컨베이어벨트(31)와 1단 벨트컨베이어(121)에 의해 자동 이송되어져 교반, 발효, 숙성, 초고속 건조가 되게 해주는 전자파 다단계 건조로(120)와;전자파 다단계 건조로(120)의 내측에 구비된 원적외선 발효, 숙성, 건조수단(80)에 피건조물이 이송 되어지면 전자파 다단계 건조로(120)의 양 끝단부에 물체가 이탈 낙하 되지 않도록 구비되는 보호턱(126); 및그 일측에 각각 구비되어 원적외선 열을 대각선으로 방사하는 원적외선 필림장치(90)와;피건조물이 10 ~ 11시간 동안 교반, 숙성, 발효가 될 수 있도록 총길이 600M를 구비하여 피건조물이 완주되도록 하기 위하여 닥터흡착기(160)의 저면에 다단 설치되는 벨트컨베이어(121,122,123,124)와;상기 필림장치(90)에서 방사되는 열이 원적외선 파장(91) 96㎛이상 발생될 수 있도록 1단부터 4단 벨트컨베이어(121,122,123,124)상, 하단에 구비되는 식품 및 전열보호장치(100); 및맥반석, 황토환, 은모래가 함유된 천연광물망(101)과;이동되는 피건조물에 원적외선 파장(91)이 투입되면서 발효, 숙성, 교반시 식품에 따라 콘트롤 박스(10)에서 수월한 운전이 될 수 있도록 건조 및 수분함유율이 표시되는 아날로그 및 디지털(11)과;피건조물이 발생시키는 냄새, 가스를 순환시켜주는 닥터흡착기(160)와;열을 차단하기 위하여 하나이상 구성되는 배기공(130) 및; 공기구멍(180)과;공기순환에 따라 발생되는 열을 차단하기 위해 닥터흡착기(160)의 저면에 하나이상 구비되는 전자파 및 열차단장치(140)와;가스와 냄새를 배출시킨 후 그 열을 재순환 활용하도록 하기위해 닥터흡착기(160)의 저면에 설치되는 환풍 및 열재활용장치(150)와;상기 다단벨트컨베이어(121,122,123,124)에서 발효되지 않은 피건조물에 1 ~ 2시간 동안 완주와 동시에 원적외선이 투입되어져 완전 발효가 될 수 있도록 4단 컨베이어벨트(124)의 저면에 설치되는 총길이 150M를 구비하는 5단 벨트컨베이어(125)와;상기 5단 벨트컨베이어(125)의 하단에는 5 ~ 10분간 마이크로파에 의한 유전가열 고속건조를 하기 위해 마그네트론(111)이 도파관 내부에 설치되는 마이크로 도파관(110)과;건조가 이루어진 피건조물이 컨베이어벨트(32,33)로 연속 이동하여 5~10℃로 냉각시켜 파쇄하는 냉각파쇄기(170)와;냉각파쇄된 건조물을 컨베이어벨트(34)로 이송하여 용도에 따라 과립하거나 분말하는 과립분말기(190)와;사용용도에 따라 과립 내지는 분말의 형태로 포장이 될 수 있도록 하는 포장기(200)와;포장된 분말 및 과립을 검사하는 검사작업대(210);를 포함 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 "원적외선" 을 다목적 식품재료 및 사료에 투입, 발효 숙성 "마이크로파" 유전가열 고속건조 분말재료 및 사료생산 종합시스템
