Claims (6)
- 빨간색과 파란색 그리고 초록색 광원을 선택하여 켜고, 액정판에는 각각의 광원에 해당되는 신호를 번갈아 인가하고, 액정(30)이 네마틱이면서 유전률 이방성이 양이고, 화소전극(14)과 하배향막(15) 사이 또는 공통전극(20)과 상배향막(21) 사이에 적어도 한곳에 유전막(22)이 입혀진 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서 액정의 모드가 TN형 또는 OCB형인 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT 액정표시소자.
- 빨간색과 파란색 그리고 초록색 광원을 선택하여 켜고, 액정판에는 각각의 광원에 해당되는 신호를 번갈아 인가하고, 액정(30)이 네마틱이면서 유전률 이방성이 양이고, 화소전극(14) 또는 공통전극(20) 가운데 적어도 한곳에 막대모양으로 식각된 슬릿패턴(16)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT 액정표시소자.
- 제3항에 있어서 액정의 모드가 TN형, 또는 OCB 인 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT 액정표시소자
- 빨간색과 파란색 그리고 초록색 광원을 선택하여 켜고, 액정판에는 각각의 광원에 해당되는 신호를 번갈아 인가하고, 액정이 네마틱이면서 유전률 이방성이 양이고, 화소전극(14) 또는 공통전극(20) 가운데 적어도 한곳에 막대모양으로 플로팅 된 전극(17)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT 액정표시소자.
- 제5항에 있어서 액정의 모드가 TN형, 또는 OCB 인 것을 특징으로 하는 TFT 액정표시소자
