Claims (6)
- 일측에 배출구(4) 또는 유입구가 각각 형성되고, 타측에 전극터미널(3)이 형성되어 서로 맞물려 고정되는 2개의 전극홀더(1);2개 전극홀더(1) 사이에 형성되는 전해조(2);전해조(2)의 내부에 설치되고 도전성 다이아몬드 피막이 형성된 전극;전극에 연결하는 전원; 으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 다이아몬드 전극의 전기분해 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전해조(2)는 무격막으로 다이아몬드 피막이 한면에만 피복된 편면양극전극(10)과 편면음극전극(11)을 설치하고, 편면양극전극(10)과 편면음극전극(11) 사이에 처리액(12)이 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 다이아몬드전극의 전기분해 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전해조(2)은 무격막으로 편면양극전극(10)과 편면음극전극(11) 사이에 양면피복전극(14)을 설치하고, 편면양극전극(10)과 양면피복전극(14)의 음극(16) 사이와 양면피복전극(14)의 양극(15)과 편면음극전극(11) 사이를 처리액(12)이 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 다이아몬드 전극의 전기분해장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전해조(2)은 무격막으로 편면양극전극(10)과 편면음극전극(11) 사이에 양면피복전극(14)을 2개 이상 설치하고, 편면양극전극(10)과 양면피복전극(14)의 음극(16)사이와 양면피복전극(14)의 양극(15)과 그 다음 양면피복전극(14)의 음극(16) 사이와 양면피복전극(14) 양극(15)과 편면음극전극(11) 사이에 처리액(12)이 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 다이아몬드 전극의 전기분해장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전해조(2)은 편면양극전극(10)과 편면음극전극(11)을 설치하고, 편면양극전극(10)과 편면음극전극(11) 사이에 격막(17)을 설치하며, 처리액(12)은 편면양극전극(10)과 격막(17) 사이와 편면음극전극(11)과 격막(17) 사이를 각각 분리되어 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 다이아몬드 전극의 전기분해장치.
- 일측에 배출구(4) 또는 유입구가 각각 형성되고, 타측에 전극터미널(3)이 형성되어 서로 맞물려 고정되는 2개의 전극홀더(1);2개 전극홀더(1) 사이에 형성되는 전해조(2);전해조(2) 내부에 설치되고, 도전성 다이아몬드 피막이 형성되는 전극;전극에 연결하는 전원;NaOCl 또는 NaCl을 Cl2환산 산화제 농도로 0.6ppm 이상이 되도록 첨가하여전해조(2)을 통과하는 처리액(12); 으로 구성되는 도전성 다이아몬드 전극의 전기분해 장치.
