Claims (3)
- 센서를 가진 이온수 제조용 전해장치에 있어서,일측에 수돗물 유입구가 형성되고 타측에 산성수 및 알칼리수 배출구가 나란히 형성된 전면판과,내부에 통공이 형성되고 배출구와 일치되는 배출공이 형성됨과 동시에 전면판에 각 배출공이 지그재그로 위치되게 결합되는 복수개의 격판과,상기 각 격판의 내부에 수돗물 유입구가 인써트되며 단자가 격판의 외부로 노출된 전해판과,상기 전해판의 일측에 이온수 제조시 생성되어 달라붙어 고착하는 탄산칼슘량에 따라 변화하는 온도를 감지하는 온도센서와,상기 각 격판에 형성된 이온 교환막 삽입홈내에 설치되어 이온만을 통과시키는 이온 교환막과,상기 격판에 조립되도록 형성된 후면판과, 상기 전면판과 후면판 그리고 격판을 일체화하는 체결수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 센서를 가진 이온수 제조용 전해장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 온도센서에서 수온센서(202)는 노드A를 기준해서 전압차가 발생하는 저항 r1 와 저항 r2 와,상기 저항 r1 와 저항 r2 에 의해 저항 r1, r2 사이의 전압차가 센싱되면서 노드A 의 전압이 변화에 따라 베이스에 하이레벨이 주어지고, 콜렉터가 로우레벨이 되는 트랜지스터 Q 1 와,상기 트랜지스터 Q 1 에 연결된 릴레이 Ry 와, 상기 릴레이 Ry 의 동작으로 전환되는 접점 a,,b,c를 갖는 스위칭소자(204)를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 센서를 가진 이온수 제조용 전해장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 체결수단은 전면판과 후면판 그리고 격판의 외주면에 형성된 복수개의 조립공과, 상기 각 조립공을 통해 끼워지는 보울트와, 상기 보울트에 나사 결합되는 너트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서를 가진 이온수 제조용 전해장치.
