Claims (9)
- 캔을 압착하는 장치에 있어서,상기 압착장치(100)는, 베이스판(110)에 이격되게 설치된 격판(120)과;상기 격판(120)의 일측에 고정된 고정판(130)과;상기 고정판(130)에 대향됨과 아울러 격판(120)상에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치된 압착판(140)과;상기 압착판(140)을 이동시키는 구동수단과;상기 격판(120)의 상부에 설치되어 캔(200)이 투입되는 투입호퍼(180)와;상기 투입호퍼(180)와 격판(120) 사이에 설치되면서 투입호퍼(180)의 일측과는 캔(200)이 인출될 수 있는 간격으로 이격됨과 아울러 임의적인 캔(200)의 인출을 방지하는 상판(170)과;상기 상판(170)에 설치되어 캔(200)을 고정판(130)과 압착판(140) 사이로 토출시키는 솔레노이드(172);를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 캔 압착장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구동수단은, 베이스판(110)에 고정 설치된 구동모터(150)와;상기 양 격판(120)상에 회전가능하게 횡설되고, 구동모터(150)에 의해서 회전되는 회전축(152)과;상기 회전축(152)의 외주면에 원주방향으로 형성된 기어부(156)와;상기 기어부(156)에 치합되어 압착판(140)을 이동시키도록 압착판(140)의 일면에 돌출 형성된 랙기어부(142);를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 캔 압착장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 고정판(130)과 압착판(140) 사이의 베이스판(110)에는 고정판(130)에 인접하게 형성되어 압착된 캔(200)이 자동 배출되는 배출공(112)이 천공된 것을 특징으로 하는 캔 압착장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 격판(120)에는 압착판(140)의 이동을 감지하여 솔레노이드(172)의 작동을 제어하는 리미트스위치(126)(128)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 캔 압착장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 고정판(130)과 압착판(140)에는, 각각 다수의 통공(130a)(140a)이 천공된 것을 특징으로 하는 캔 압착장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 양 격판(120)에는 안내공(122)이 천공되고, 안내공(122)에 대응한 압착판(140)의 양측에는 구름가능한 롤러(144)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 캔 압착장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 상판(170)과 이격된 투입호퍼(180)의 일측에는 상판(170)상의 캔(200)이 임의적으로 인출되는 것을 방지하는 고무판(182)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 캔 압착장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 투입호퍼(180)와 이격된 상판(170)의 일측에는 캔(200)의 임의적인 인출을 방지하는 둔턱부(190)가 만곡되게 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 캔 압착장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 격판(120)에는 압착판(140)의 랙기어부(142)를 지지하는 지지롤러(146)가 회전가능하게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 캔 압착장치.
