Abstract
겨울철에 폭설이 내리면 지붕 위에 쌓인 눈의 무게를 이기지 못하여 비닐하우스가 무너지거나 파손되어 엄청난 피해를 보게 된다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 고안한 것으로 비닐하우스 지붕 위에 물을 살수하여 눈이 쌓이지 않게 하는 살수 및 급수배관장치이다.Heavy snowfall in winter can't beat the weight of snow on the roof, causing the plastic house to collapse or break, causing massive damage. Description
비닐하우스는 작물을 재배하거나 축사, 창고 등으로 사용하기 위하여 만든 일종의 가설 건물이다. 따라서 겨울철에 폭설이 내리면 대부분의 비닐하우스는 지붕 위에 쌓인 눈의 무게를 이기지 못하여 무너지거나 파손되는 경우가 허다하다. 이렇게 되면 해당 농민들은 엄청난 경제적 손실을 당하게 된다. 이러한 사태를 미연에 방지하기 위하여 비닐하우스 제설장치를 개발하게 되었다.A plastic house is a kind of temporary building that is made to grow crops or use it as a barn or warehouse. 수도나 지하수의 급수라인에 급수파이프(4)를 연결하고 온수보일러(5)를 설치한 뒤 보일러(5)에서 나오는 급수파이프(4) 끝부분에 급수발브(6)를 붙이고 다시 드레인발브(7)를 부착한 수직파이프(3)에 급수파이프(4)를 연결한다.비닐하우스(1) 지붕마루에 고정받침대(8)를 이용하여 살수파이프(2)를 설치하고 이 살수파이프(2)를 수직파이프(3)와 연결한다.살수파이프(2) 하단부에는 일정한 간격으로 살수구멍(9)이 다수 있는데 살수구멍(9)은 살수파이프(2) 하단부에 도면 3과 같은 위치와 방향으로 뚫여 있다. 살수파이프(2)의 끝은 물이 새지 않도록 밀봉하여야 한다.Connect the water supply pipe (4) to the water supply line of the tap water or ground water, install the hot water boiler (5), attach the water supply valve (6) to the end of the water supply pipe (4) coming out of the boiler (5), and drain valve (7) again. 이 물은 비닐하우스(1) 지붕마루로부터 좌우로 흐르게 되므로 눈이 오더라도 물에 녹아 밑으로 흘러 나가게 되고 따라서 비닐하우스(1) 지붕 위에는 눈이 쌓일 수 없게 되는 것이다. 영하의 기온이 아니면 냉수로도 충분히 눈이 녹을 수 있지만 영하의 혹한속에서 눈이 오면 부득이 온수보일러(5)를 가동해 온수를 공급하여 눈이 녹도록 하여야 한다. 한편 겨울철에는 물이 얼어 파이프가 동파될 수 있으므로 눈이 오지 않을 때는 급수발브(6)는 잠그고 드레인발브(7)를 열어서 수직파이프(3) 안에 들어있는 물은 다 배출시켜야 한다. 살수파이프(2) 안의 물은 살수구멍(9)을 통하여 자연히 빠져나가므로 걱정할 필요가 없다. 그러나 급수파이프(4)와 온수보일러(5) 에서 드레인발브(7)까지는 동파를 방지하기 위하여 보온해 주어야 한다.Since the water flows from the roof of the vinyl house 1 to the left and right, even if it snows, it melts in the water and flows down, so that snow cannot build up on the roof of the vinyl house 1.
