Abstract
본 고안은 소금물(9)을 가열하여 발생된 증기로 다림질이 가능하고 물의 가열에 의하여 발생되는 증기의 양을 조절하여 여러 종류의 옷감과 사용 용도에 따라 편리하게 증기량을 조절하도록한 증기 다리미에 관한 것이다.종래의 전열식 다리미는 다리미 열판의 온도를 조절하는 기능이 있으나 의류의 손상을 일으키는 문제가 있으며 기존의 증기 다리미는 여러종류의 옷감과 다양한 사용용도에도 불구하고 항상 일정한 증기량을 배출함으로서 옷감에 따라 증기량이 많아 옷이 젖거나 너무 증기량이 부족해 옷이 다려지지 않는현상, 마사지나 찜으로 사용시 일정한 증기량으로 인해 불편을 초래하는 문제점이 있었다.이러한 불편함을 해소하기 위해 여러종류의 옷감과 다양한 사용용도에 맞추어 스팀량을 조절할 수 있도록 카본전극(11)(11-1)(11-2)의 간격과 물과의 접촉면을 조절하여 물의 가열속도와 증기발생량을 조절 할 수 있도록한 증기다리미의 증기발생량 조절장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a steam iron that can be ironed by steam generated by heating the brine (9) and to conveniently adjust the amount of steam according to various types of cloth and use by controlling the amount of steam generated by the heating of water. 본 고안은 AC 220V ~ AC 110V의 교류전원의 인가에 의하여 다리미 캡(4)을 열고 물주입구를 통해 급수된 물(9)를 전도체로 하여 카본전극 전압측(16-1)(16-2)과 카본전극 접지측(16)사이에 전기가 흐르면서 카본전극이 발열하여 물을 고온으로 가열함으로서 증기가 발생하고 발생된 증기는 몸체(1)와 밑판(2)의 결합으로 인한 밀폐공간의 통로를 따라 증기배출구(8)을 통해 배출되면서 의류의 구겨지거나 주름진곳에 증기를 가하면 고온의 증기는 의류의 구겨지고 주름진곳의 섬유를 찌는듯하여 원래의 반듯한 상태로 돌아가려는 섬유의 속성을 통해 주름이나 구김이 펴지는 증기 다리미에 관한것으로 본 출원인은 카본전극의 간격과 접촉면의 조절을 통한 증기발생량을 여러단계로 조절해 배출되는 증기량을 제어할수 있게한 것이다.카본전극의 가열장치에 대한 종래의 기술은 도면2의 일반적인 구성방법과 국내 실용신안 등록출원 제1998-026993호에 있는 6점식 카본전극에 의하여 물의 가열속도를 빠르게 하는 방법에 대해 나와 있으나 여기서는 카본을 전원측에 3개, 접지측에 3개를 마주보여 교차시켜 증설하여 물의 가열속도만을 높였지만 본고안은 카본을 전원측에 2개(16-1)(16-2), 접지측에 1개(16)만을 추가하여 물의 가열속도를 높이고 증기량까지 조절할 수 있도록 한것이다.The present invention is to open the iron cap (4) by the application of an AC power source of AC 220V ~ AC 110V, the water (9) supplied through the water inlet as a conductor, the carbon electrode voltage side (16-1) (16-2) As electricity flows between the carbon electrode and the ground electrode 16, the carbon electrode generates heat and heats the water to a high temperature, thereby generating steam. 본 고안은 종래기술의 단점인 증기다리미의 증기 배출량이 일정하여 의류의 종류와 쑥찜,미안기등 다양한 사용용도에 따라 증기량이 많아 옷감이 젖거나 반대로 증기량이 적어 다림질이 안되는등의 불편함이 있었으나 본 고안의 증기다리미는 증기 배출량을 조절하여 사용할 수 있도록 고안하였으며 도면3의 캡(3)을 열고 물주입구를 통해 물을 투입하여 3개의 카본전극(16)(16-1)(16-2)만으로 카본전극끼리의 간격을 (16)(11-2)과 (16-1)(11-1),(16)(11-2)과 (16-2)(11)로 조절하여 물의 끓는 속도를 MAX,MIN의 두단계로 증기량을 조절하게 하였으며 제조단가를 낮추고 옷감과 용도에 따라 증기량이 조절 할수 있게하여 편리성과 효율성을 높일수 있도록 하였다. 참고로 도면1,도면4에서 카본전극(16)은 카본전극(11-2)와 같고 카본전극(16-1)은 카본전극(11-1)과 같으며 카본전극(16-2)는 카본전극(11)과 같다.이들도면에서 카본전극의 단자연결선에 녹색,적색,청색으로 구분하여 알아보기 쉽게 하였다.The present invention was uncomfortable, because the steam discharge of the steam iron, which is a disadvantage of the prior art, has a constant amount of steam depending on the type of clothing and various usages such as mugwort steaming and facial cleansers. 본 고안의 구성을 첨부한 도면을 참고하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.도면1에서 AC 220V ~ AC 110V의 교류전원을 인가하고 스위치를 공통단자(17)와 (17-1)단자를 연결하면 OFF상태가 되고, 공통단자(17)와 (17-2)단자를 연결하면 카본전극(16)번과 카본전극(16-2)번이 물을 통하여 도통하게 되고, 카본전극에 열이 발생하여 물이 가열하여 끓게 되는데 이때는 카본전극 끼리의 간격이 멀고 중간에 카본전극(16-1)번이 전기의 도통을 방해하는 요소로 작용하여 물의 가열시간이 길어지고 발생하는 증기량이 MIN인 상태가 되며 스위치를 공통단자(17)와 (17-3)번을 연결하면 카본전극(16)번과 (16-1)번이 물을 통해 도통하게 되고 카본전극에 열이 발생하여 물이 끓게 되는데 이때는 카본전극 끼리의 간격이 가깝고 중간에 방해요소가 없어 물의 가열속도가 빨라지고 발생하는 증기량이 MAX인 상태로 된다. 이렇게 하여 증기량의 조절이 가능하며 발생된 증기는 도면3의 몸체(1)와 밑판(2)의 결합으로 인한 밀폐공간의 통로를 따라 이동하다 증기배출구(8)번을 통하여 배출되게 된다.본 고안의 구성을 도면 3의 측면 단면도를 통하여 설명하면 비교적 평탄한 밑판(2)의 저면 전방으로 증기배출구(8)를 설치하고 그 출구가 하측을 향하게 하고 몸체(1)와 밑판(2)을 일체로 결합하여 밀폐시켜서 조립되어 있고 이몸체(2)와 카본전극(5)이 카본연결단자(6)를 통하여 도면1과 같이 스위치(7)와 AC 220V ~ AC 110V의 교류전원에 연결된다. 몸체의 상측으로는 스위치(7)를 부착한 손잡이를 부설하고 몸체(1)와 밑판(2)의 결합으로 발생된 몸통 내부의 공간은 급수통 및 연결통로,가열실등의 역할을 하게되며 가열된 증기는 증기 배출구(8)을 통하여만 배출 될 수있도록 캡(4)을 통하여 물 주입구를 밀폐시킨다. 손잡이(3)와 몸체(1)은 고정너트에 의해 조립되어지고 스위치(7)와 카본연결전극(5)은 카본연결단자(6)와 단자연결선(10)에 의해 연결되어 진다.The configuration of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
