Claims (5)
- 내부에 수용 공간이 있으며 절연성을 갖는 프레임;상기 프레임 내에 배치되어 자계를 형성하는 자석;상기 자석 위에 배치되어 상기 프레임 및 자석과 함께 자기회로를 구성하는 플레이트;상기 자석과 플레이트를 에워싸도록 프레임의 수용공간에 배치되고 상기 자석에 의해 생성된 자기장과 전류의 작용에 의해 진동하는 보이스 코일;상기 코일에 부착되어 상기 코일의 진동을 전달받아 음파를 생성하는 진동판; 및상기 프레임에 삽입되어 상기 프레임 내의 요소들을 보호하기 위한 제 1 캡 및 제 2 캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 스피커 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프레임 외부의 바닥면에 부착되는 PCB를 또한 포함하며, 상기 프레임은 PCB가 부착되는 면에 돌기를 갖고, 상기 PCB는 부착면에 상기 돌기와 대응되는 홈을 갖고 있어서, 상기 돌기와 홈이 결합되어 프레임에 PCB가 움직이지 않도록 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 스피커 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프레임 및 상기 제 1 캡은 절연재로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 스피커 유닛.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 절연재는 상기 프레임과 상기 제 1 캡에 진공증착 방식으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 스피커 유닛.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 절연재는 페럴린 및 우레탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 스피커 유닛.
