Abstract

본고안은 판박이 표면이형인쇄층에 홀로그램 엠보가 재현되어 있는 홀로그램 엠보 판박이에 관한 것이다
본고안에 따르면 투명또는반투명 홀로그램 엠보 필름을 사용하여 판박이를 만들면 판박이를 했을때 홀로그램 엠보필름의 엠보층과 판박이이형인쇄(4)층이 분리되면서 판박이 표면 판박이이형인쇄(4)층에 홀로그램 엠보가 재현되는 것을 특징으로하는 홀로그램엠보 판박이 이다

홀로그램 엠보 판박이{Hologram Emboss Stereotyped}
본고안은 홀로그램 엠보판박이에 관한것으로 OPP. PET 필름에 홀로그램를 한 필름이나 OPP. PET 필름에 PE T다이코팅을 하고 홀로그램 엠보를한 필름을 사용하여 홀로그램 엠보가 되어있는곳에 판박이 이형인쇄(4)와 판박이도안인쇄(3)를 하고 점착제 코팅과 실리콘이형지를 합지하여 완성된다
상기와 같은 판박이를 실리콘이형지를 떼어내고 판박이를 하면 필름의 엠보층과 판박이이형인쇄(4)층이 분리되면서 판박이 이형인쇄(4)층에 홀로그램엠보가 재현되어있는 홀로그램엠보판박이 이다
종래의 판박이는 OPP나 PET필름에 판박이 이형인쇄와 판박이 도안인쇄만 되어있어 판박이를하면 필름과 판박이 이형인쇄층이 분리가 되어도 판박이 이형층이 평면인 판박이이다
본고안의 목적은 판박이를 하였을때 판박이 표면에 Al증착을 하거나 하지않은 홀로그램 엠보를 재현시켜 보다 화려하고 고급스런 판박이를 만드는 것이다

본고안은 판박이 제조시 홀로그램 엠보필름을 사용하여 홀로그램 엠보가 된곳에 판박이 이형인쇄(4)를하여 홀로그램 엠보필름과 판박이이형인쇄(4)층이 분리되면 판박이이형인쇄(4)층 표면에 홀로그램엠보가 재현되어있는것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그램엠보 판박이 이다
이하 본고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면에 의거하여 설명하면 다음과같다
도1 도2 는 종래의 판박이로 OPP필름(9)이나 PET필름(10)이 판박이 이형인쇄(4)층과 분리되었을때 필름이 평면이므로 판박이 이형인쇄(4)층이 평면인 종래의 판박이 이다
도3 도4는 투명OPP홀로그램 엠보필름(6)이나 투명PET홀로그램엠보필름(7)을사용하여 실크인쇄나 그라비아 인쇄로 판박이 이형인쇄(4)와 판박이 도안인쇄(3)를하고 테이프 코팅기에서 점착제코팅(2)과 실리콘이형지(1)를 합지한 홀로그램엠보 판박이 이고 도5도6은 OPP필름(9)이나 PET필름(10)에 PE T다이코팅후 홀로그램엠보를 하여 실크인쇄나 그라비아 인쇄로 판박이이형인쇄(4)와 판박이 도안인쇄(3)를하고 테이프코팅기에서 점착제코팅(2)과 실리콘이형지(1)를 합지한 홀로그램 엠보판박이이다
이상에서와 같이 본고안에 의하면 판박이를 했을때 판박이 도안인쇄층 위에있는 판박이 이형인쇄(4)층 표면에 홀로그램 엠보를 재현시킴으로서 판박이도안인쇄와 홀로그램 엠보무늬가 함께 어우러진 효과를 내는데있다

  1. 본고안은 판박이필름을 OPP. PET. 홀로그램 엠보필름을 사용하여 판박이를 만들어 판박이를 했을때 판박이 이형인쇄층과 OPP. PET. 홀로그램 엠보필름이 분리되면서 홀로그램엠보무늬가 판박이 이형인쇄층표면에 재현되는것을 특징으로하는 홀로그램 엠보 판박이
