Description
Claims (12)
- 스위치 시트로서 고정 접점이 마련되고,상기 스위치 시트의 윗쪽에는 탄성 변형되므로써 상기 스위치 시트를 전기적으로 접속 가능한 가동 접점이 설치되고,상기 가동 접점의 표면에는 상기 가동 접점 이외의 주변부까지 절연 부재를 개재시켜 가요성 EL 시트가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 조광식 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 EL 시트와 가동 접점은 상기 EL 시트와 상기 가동 접점 표면 사이에 개재된 접착제에 의해 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조광식 스위치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 접착제는 상기 가동 접점의 표면의 일부분에만 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조광식 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 EL 시트와 가동 접점은 상기 EL 시트와 상기 가동 접점의 표면 사이에 개재된 양면 접착제 부착 시트에 의해 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조광식 스위치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 양면 접착제 부착 시트는 상기 가동 접점의 표면의 일부분에만 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 조광식 스위치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중의 어느 한항에 있어서,상기 가동 접점은 돔형으로 형성된 금속부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 조광식 스위치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 돔형으로 형성된 금속부재는 망 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조광식 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 EL 시트와 상기 가동 접점은 상기 EL 시트와 상기 가동 접점의 표면 사이에 개재하는 상기 접착제 또는 상기 접착제 부착 시트에 의해 부착되고, 상기 접착제 또는 상기 양면 접착제 부착 시트는 상기 가동 접점의 원호상 부분 표면의 8O%이내로 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조광식 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 EL 시트는 미리 상기 가동 접점의 형상에 따른 형상을 갖도록 성형 또는 소성 변형시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 조광식 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,EL 시트는 가요성 투명 필름상에 투명 전극층, 발광층, 절연층 및 배면 전극층이 순차 적층되어 형성된 것으로 상기 가동 접점의 표면부에 위치한 부분에 상기 발광층, 상기 절연층 및 상기 배면 전극층의 적어도 한층이 생략되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조광식 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,EL 시트의 윗쪽에는 키조작 패드가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 조광식 스위치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 키조작 패드는 시트 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조광식 스위치.
