도3은 본 고안 적재판 개폐용 유압실린더의 단면도로서 유압실린더내에 기름이 충만한 상태이다. 이 상태는 피스톤로드가 적재판(10)에 작용하여 도1중 적재판(10)이 차량후부에 직립된 상태로 피스톤헤드는 개,폐용 스프링에 압력을 가해 스프링이 압축된 상태이다. 이때 적재판(10)의 작동자는 적재판 콘트롤러(도면 미도시)를 이용하여 적재판(10)을 화물차의 콘테이너와 수평을 유지하기 위해 콘트롤러의 열림버튼을 누르면 포트(A)와 포트(B)는 열리게되고 이를 통해 기름이 유출되면서 피스톤헤드에 압축되었던 개,폐스프링의 탄성작용으로 적재판(10)은 차량후부에서 일정각도 이격된다. 이때 이격되는 각도는 실린더 내부에 실장되는 스프링의 탄성여하에 따라 달라지면 바람직한 이격각도는 45도 정도이다. 이후 적재판(10)의 자체 하중에 의해 적재판(10)은 수평을 이루게 되는데 이때 적재판 개폐용 유압실린더(60)는 도4에 도시된 상태가 된다. 즉, 실린더쿠션용밸브(50)가 이동되어 포트(A)를 막은 상태이다. 이 후 적재판(10) 작동자가 수평을 유지한 적재판(10)을 하강버튼을 누르면 상승실린더가 작동되고 적재판 개폐용 유압실린더(60)는 작동을 멈춘상태가 된다. 이 후 수평상태의 적재판(10)은 상승실린더에 작동에 의해 지면으로 하강하게된다. 적재판(10)이 지면 근처까지 하강하면 작동자는 적재판(10)의 밑면과 지면을 완전히 접촉시키기 위해 적재판 개폐용 유압실린더(60)를 작동시키는 버튼을 누름과 동시에 상승실린더는 동작을 멈추고 적재판 개폐용 유압실린더(60)가 작동되게된다. 이때 적재판(10)은 수평상태에서 적재판(10)과 밑면이 완전히 접촉하게 되는데 본 고안 적재판 개폐용 실린더(60)는 도4에서 도5와 같이 작동된다. 즉, 포트(A)를 막고 있는 실린더쿠션용밸브(50)는 더이상 진행을 멈춘상태이고 피스톤헤드(30)와 피스톤로드(20)는 진행을 계속함으로 인해 실린더쿠션용스프링(52)은 압축되어지고, 실린더쿠션용밸브(50)가 포트(A)를 막고 있으므로 실린더 내부의 기름은 더 이상 포트(A)로는 유출이 안되고 포트(B)로만 유출되게 된다. 도6은 본 고안 적재판 개폐용 유압실린더의 유압회로도로서 본 고안이 적용되어 적재판이 지면에 보다 부드럽게 안착되도록 동작하는 경우 유압의 조절 및 기름의 흐름 상태를 설명하기로 한다. 도6에 도시된 유압실린더 두개(60)(60') 중 본 고안은 하나의 유압실린더(60)에만 적용되고 다른 하나는 일반적인 유압실린더(60')이다. 즉, 본 고안 적재판 개폐용 유압실린더는 하나만 설치하여도 다른 유압실린더의 기름 유출을 동시에 통제할 수 있게 된다. 상기 도3내지 도5에서 설명한 바와같이 유압실린더내부에서 기름이 포트(A)와 포트(B)로 유출되는 경우 즉, 적재판이 수평을 유지하는 상태가 되도록 기름이 유출되는 경우 본 고안이 적용된 유압실린더(60)의 기름은 포트(A)와 포트(B)로 모두 유출되며 포트(A)를 통해 유출되는 기름은 솔레노이드를 거쳐 포트(C)를 통해 반대편 유압실린더 내부로 유입되고 포트(D)를 통해서도 일반유압실린더(60') 내부로 유입되며 유압실린더(60)(60')로 유입되고 남은 잔여 기름은 탱그로 회수된다. 또한 일반 유압실린더(60')에서 유출되는 기름은 압력보상용 속도조절스로틀밸브(90)와 솔레노이드(2)(80)를 통해 탱크로 회수된다. 이 후 실린더 쿠션용 벨브가 포토(A)를 막은 경우 즉, 적재판(10)이 지면에 접근하여 적재판(10)의 밑면을 지면에 완전히 접촉시키기위해 적재판 개폐용 유압실린더(60)를 작동시키는 경우 유압실린더내부(60)의 기름은 포트(A)를 통해서는 유출되지 않고 포트(B)를 통해서만 유출되고 일반유압실린더(60')내부의 기름은 포트(E)를 통해 유출된다. 이때 포트(B)와 포트(E)를 통해 유출되는 기름의 양은 압력보상용 유량속도조절 스로틀밸브(90)로 조절이 가능하며 이 밸브를 통과한 기름은 제2솔레노이드(80)를 통해 탱크로 회수된다. 상기의 압력보상용 유량속도조절 스로틀밸브(90)는 적재판(10)의 작동자나 적재판(10) 제작자가 유출되는 기름양의 조절이 가능하며, 이러한 조절기능으로 인해 적재판이 지면과 완전히 접촉하는 속도의 조절이 가능하다.Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of the hydraulic cylinder for loading and closing the design of the present invention is a state filled with oil in the hydraulic cylinder.
