Description
Claims (51)
- 체내에 고정되도록 배치되는 하우징(housing);상기 하우징에 연결되며, 체내 부위의 데이터를 얻기 위한 적어도 하나의 감지 장치(sensing device);상기 감지 장치에 의해 얻은 데이터를 전송하기 위한 송신기; 및상기 감지기에 의해 전송되는 데이터를 수신하는 수신 시스템을 포함하는 체내 부위를 모니터링하기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감지 장치로부터 얻은 데이터를 처리하기 위한 처리 유니트를 추가로 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감지 장치로부터 얻은 데이터를 처리하고, 감지 장치로부터 얻은 데이터에 따라 상기 감지 장치를 제어하기 위한 처리/제어 유니트를 추가로 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수신 시스템이, 전송된 데이터를 표시하기 위한 표시장치(display)를포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 시스템이 내부 전력원을 추가로 포함하는 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 내부 전력원이 배터리인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감지 장치가 광학 스캐너, pH 미터, 온도계, 조직의 전기 전도도 센서 및 이미지 센서로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감지 장치가 pH 미터인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감지 장치가 이미지 센서인 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 이미지 센서가 환경 조건의 변화에 대응하여 광학적으로 변화되는 검출기를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 송신기가 무선 송신기인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징이 체내 부위에 봉합되도록 배치되는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징이 봉합을 위해 하우징의 시야계(perimeter) 상에 봉합사가 통과하는 적어도 하나의 링을 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징이 하우징의 시야계 주위에 압흔(indentation)을 포함하며, 상기 압흔은 봉합사를 받기 위해 배치되는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징이 신체 조직에 하우징을 고정하기 위한 수단을 얻기 위해 배치되는 함요(niche)를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 신체 조직에 하우징을 고정하기 위한 수단이 핀, 클래스프(clasp), 고정체 및 석션(suction) 수단으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징이 신체 조직에 하우징을 고정하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 신체 조직에 하우징을 고정하기 위한 수단이 핀, 클래스프(clasp), 고정체 및 석션(suction) 수단으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 시스템.
- 체내 수술 부위 부근에 고정되도록 배치되는 하우징(housing);상기 하우징에 연결되며, 체내 부위의 데이터를 얻기 위한 적어도 하나의 감지 장치(sensing device);상기 감지 장치에 의해 얻어진 데이터를 전송하기 위한 송신기; 및상기 감지기에 의해 전송된 데이터를 수신하기 위한 수신 시스템을 포함하는 수술 후 모니터링을 위한 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 감지 장치가 이미지 센서인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 시스템이 위장관 내 부위를 모니터링하기 위한 시스템.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 시스템이 위장관 내 부위를 모니터링하기 위한 시스템.
- 체내에 고정되도록 배치되는 하우징 및 체내 데이터를 얻기 위한 체내 센서를 포함하는 고정 가능한 체내 감지 장치(sensing device).
- 제23항에 있어서,상기 감지 장치가 체내 센서에서 얻은 데이터를 처리하기 위한 처리 유니트를 추가로 포함하는 감지 장치.
- 제23항에 있어서,상기 체내 감지 장치에서 얻은 데이터를 처리하고, 감지 장치가 체내 센서에서 얻은 데이터에 따라 상기 감지 장치를 제어하기 위한 처리/제어 유니트를 추가로 포함하는 감지 장치.
- 제23항에 있어서,상기 감지 장치가 내부 전력원을 추가로 포함하는 감지 장치.
- 제26항에 있어서,상기 내부 전력원이 배터리인 감지 장치.
- 제23항에 있어서,상기 체내 센서가 광학 스캐너, pH 미터, 온도계, 조직의 전기 전도도 센서 또는 이미지 센서인 감지 장치.

- 원심말단(distal end) 및 근위말단(proximal end)을 갖는 드레인 카테터(drain catheter)로서,상기 원심말단은 환자의 신체 내로 삽입되고, 상기 근위말단은 환자의 신체 외부에 있으며, 상기 카테터는 체내 데이터를 얻기 위한 카테터의 원심말단에 부착되는 촬상 장치를 포함하는 드레인 카테터.
- 제41항에 있어서,상기 촬상 장치가 적어도 하나의 이미지 센서 및 적어도 하나의 조명원(illumination source)을 포함하는 카테터.
- 제42항에 있어서,상기 카테터가 배터리를 추가로 포함하는 카테터.
- 제41항에 있어서,상기 촬상 장치가 환경 조건의 변화에 응하여 광학적으로 변화하는 검출기를 포함하는 카테터.
- 제41항에 있어서,상기 카테터가 체내 데이터를 전송하기 위한 송신기를 추가로 포함하는 카테터.
- 제45항에 있어서,상기 송신기가 무선 송신기인 카테터.
- 체내 부위를 모니터링하기 위한 방법으로서,체내 부위 부근에 감지 장치(sensing device)를 고정하는 단계;체내 부위에서 감지하는 단계; 및체내 부위에서 감지된 데이터를 수신하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제47항에 있어서,상기 감지된 데이터를 수신하는 단계에 앞서 감지된 데이터를 전송하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제47항에 있어서,상기 감지 장치가 촬상 장치인 방법.
- 제47항에 있어서,상기 감지된 데이터의 수신이 외부에서 수행되는 방법.
