Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 서로 이격되고 대향한 상부기판과 하부기판의 중간에 액정을 충진하기 위하여, 상기 상, 하부 기판중 어느 하나의 대향면에 형성되고 입구가 내부로 들어갈수록 좁아지는 사다리꼴 형태의 주입구와;상기 주입구를 시작으로 상기 기판의 가장자리를 따라 형성된 테두리를 포함하는 액정표시장치용 씰패턴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 씰패턴은 스크린 인쇄법 또는 씰 디스펜스 인쇄법을 통하여 형성한 액정표시장치용 씰패턴.
- 상부기판과 하부기판상에 배향막을 도포하고 러빙하는 단계와;상기 하부기판상에 주입구가 내부로 들어갈수록 좁아지는 사다리꼴 형태의 씰패턴을 형성하는 단계와;상기 씰패턴 한 하부기판상에 스페이서를 산포하는 단계와;상기 상부기판과 하부기판을 합착 하는 단계와;상기 합착한 상부기판과 하부기판을 절단하는 단계와;상기 절단한 상부기판과 하부기판의 사이에 상기 주입구를 통하여 액정층을 주입하는 단계와;상기 주입구를 봉지제로 봉지하는 단계와;상기 봉지제를 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 상부기판에 컬러필터층이 형성된 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 하부기판에 박막트랜지스터 어레이가 형성된 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 봉지제는 자외선을 조사하여 경화하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
