- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 폴리머는 상기 현탁액의 0.75 내지 2 중량% 내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기영동 매체.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 현탁액 및 파티클은 복수의 물방울 (droplet) 을 포함하는 불연속적인 상을 형성하고, 상기 물방울은 연속적인 상에 의해 포위되는, 2 개의 상 유형이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기영동 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,전기영동 이동도가 상이한 2 개의 상이한 유형의 파티클을 갖는 이중 파티클 유형이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기영동 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,화상 안정도가 적어도 1,000초인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기영동 매체.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,화상 안정도가 적어도 10,000초인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기영동 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전기영동 매체, 및 상기 매체에 인접하게 배열되고 상기 매체에 전기장을 인가할 수 있는 하나 이상의 전극 (110, 112) 을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기영동 디스플레이.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,상기 2 개의 전극 (110, 112) 은 상기 전기영동 매체의 반대측상에 배치되며,상기 2 개의 전극 중 하나 이상의 전극은 실질적으로 투명하여, 상기 전기영동 매체가 실질적으로 투병한 상기 전극을 통해 관찰될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기영동 디스플레이.
