Description
Claims (22)
- 하나의 압전체 기판 상에 형성되고, 전기적으로 서로 개방된 다수의 탄성 표면파 소자;상기 다수의 탄성 표면파 소자를 전기적으로 접속하는 제1 도체, 상기 제1 도체와 전기적으로 개방된 제2 도체 및 외부 단자가 형성된 기체(基體); 및상기 기체와 상기 압전체 기판을 보호하는 봉지 부재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체는 오목부를 갖는 패키지 또는 절연 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도체는 상기 외부 단자와 전기적으로 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도체는 상기 기체의 중앙부에 설치되고, 대칭인 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도체는 중앙 부분과, 상기 중앙 부분에 대해 대칭인 형상을 갖고, 상기 중앙 부분보다 작은 부분으로 구성되고, 상기 중앙 부분의치수는 상기 압전체 기판 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도체는 그 적어도 일부가 상기 기체의 2방향의 단부에 접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 도체는 상기 외부 단자와 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체는 상기 제2 도체와 상기 외부 단자를 전기적으로 접속하는 도체부를 내부에 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도체 및 상기 제2 도체는 상기 다수의 탄성 표면파 소자의 입, 출력 단자 전극에 대향하는 위치에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 탄성 표면파 소자는 서로 전극 구성이 다른 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 탄성 표면파 소자의 전극 구성은 적어도 더블 모드 탄성 표면파 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 탄성 표면파 소자의 전극 구성은 적어도 세로 모드 결합형의 더블 모드 탄성 표면파 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 탄성 표면파 소자의 빗형 전극 및 반사기 전극의 외주부에, 틀형상으로 단락한 보조 전극을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 보조 전극 중 적어도 하나는 하나의 탄성 표면파 소자를 둘러싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 동일 압전 기판 상에 다수의 탄성 표면파 소자와 다수 쌍의 보조 전극이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 다수 쌍의 보조 전극은 동일 압전 기판 상에서 서로 전기적으로 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 다수 쌍의 보조 전극은 상기 제2 도체 패턴과 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 탄성 표면파 소자의 빗형 전극 및 반사기 전극의 외주부에, 서로 전기적으로 독립한 보조 전극을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 보조 전극이 구성하는 적어도 1쌍의 보조 전극은, 하나의 탄성 표면파 소자를 둘러싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 동일 압전 기판 상에 다수의 탄성 표면파 소자와 다수 쌍의 보조 전극이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 다수 쌍의 보조 전극은 동일 압전 기판 상에서 서로 전기적으로 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 다수 쌍의 보조 전극은 상기 제2 도체 패턴과 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
