Claims (4)
- 일측에 형성된 원수 유입관으로 원수가 유입되는 여과조와;상기 여과조내에 복수개 설치되며, 상기 여과조로 유입된 원수를 원통체 외주면에 형성된 여과층을 통하여 여과시키면서 원통체 내부로 여과처리된 여과수를 배출시키는 단위 여과기로;구성되어 상기 여과조내에 복수개 설치되는 단위 여과기의 갯수에 따라 여과 용량이 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티형 공극제어 섬유여과기.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 단위 여과기는,원통체로서 외주면에 여과수 유출공이 조밀형성된 다공관과;상기 다공관 상부에 방사형 가지로 형성되며, 상기 다공관과는 회전되게 결합된 상부 여재걸대와;상기 다공관에 고정 결합된 방사형 가지의 하부 여재걸대 및;상기 상부 여재걸대와 하부 여재걸대에 슬라이딩 되도록 고리로 연결된 섬유사 다발로서, 상기 상부 여재결대의 회전에 의한 조임과 풀림에 의해 공극이 조절되는 여과층을 형성시켜, 상기 여과조에 연결된 원수 유입관을 통하여 원수가 유입되어 상기 다공관 외주면의 여과수 유출공으로 유류가 형성되면 원수를 여과시키는 섬유여재와;상기 여과조의 상측 외부로 연장형성된 상부 여재걸대의 축과;기어결합과 피스톤으로 구성되며, 상기 여과조의 상측 외부에서 상기 상부 여재걸대의 축에 기어결합되어 상기 상부 여재걸대를 회전시키는 회전수단으로;구성되어 상기 회전수단으로 상기 여재걸대를 회전시킴으로써, 상기 섬유여재의 공극을 제어시키는 트위스트식 공극제어 여과기인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티형 공극제어 섬유여과기.
- 제2항에 있어서 회전수단은상기 여과조의 상측 외부로 연장형성된 상부여재걸대의 축에 피니언 기어와;상기 여과조에 내삽된 각 트위스트식 공극제어 여과기의 피니언기어 모두와 연결되는 랙기어와;상기 랙기어 연결되어 직선운동을 발생시키는 피스톤으로; 구성되어상기 피스톤의 직선운동이 랙기어에 연결된 각 피니언기어에 전달되어, 상기 상부여재걸대가 일체로 회전제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티형 공극제어 섬유여과기.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 여과조에는,복수개의 트위스트식 공극제어 여과기가 수용되어 단위체 멀티여과기를 구성시키고,상기 단위체 멀티여과기를 복수개 병렬연결시켜 구성함으로써, 여과용량에 따른 대응설치가 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티형 공극제어 섬유여과기.
