Claims (1)
- 제품의 소요 질량에 맞도록 절단된 소재를 포밍공정에 의하여 유선형 헤드부(31)를 갖는 반제품 상태로 가공하는 단계; 상기 반제품을 하형핀(18)과 지지체(19) 그리고 하형돌기(21)가 구비된 하형다이(17)에 위치시키는 단계; 프레스의 램과 결합되는 스페이스(13)가 하방으로 이동되면, 상형핀(11)을 구비한 상형다이(10)도 하방으로 이동하여, 가압스프링(15)에 의하여 상형다이(10)가 소재를 가압하는 프레스 작업 1단계; 스페이스(13)가 상형다이(10)와 밀착될 때까지 하방으로 이동되고, 상형핀(11)도 하방으로 이동하여 소재에 상부 요홈부(33a)를 형성하는 프레스 작업 2단계; 스페이스(13)가 하방으로 더 이동하여 상형다이(10)와 하형다이(17)가 밀착될 때까지 소재를 성형하는 프레스 작업 3단계; 상기와 같이 성형된 소재의 덧살(36)을 제거하고 상·하부 요홈부(33a)(33b)를 관통하는 통공(37)을 형성하는 단계로 이루어지는 타이로드 엔드 냉간 가공방법.
