Claims (7)
- 금으로 코팅된 실리콘 기판의 표면에 전도성 고분자가 코팅된 기판위에 신경세포를 점착시켜 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경세포 배양방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기판위에 신경세포를 점착시킨 후 배양액 존재하에서 전압을 가하여 신경세포 증식, 분화유도 및 신경돌기 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경세포 배양방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 고분자가 폴리피롤이며, 상기 금으로 코팅된 실리콘 기판 위에 전기 중합에 의해 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 신경세포 배양방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 신경세포 배양이 전압 0.01∼1.0 V에서 1 분∼ 4 시간동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경세포 배양방법.
- 배양액 존재하에 세포를 배양하는 배양기(10), 세포를 점착시키기 위한 세포배양용 기판(20), 전기적 자극을 가하기 위한 전극(24, 26) 및 폴리피롤 기판에 주는 (+) 전극의 전압을 일정하게 유지 시켜 주기 위한 유사전극(22)으로 이루어진 전기 자극에 의해 신경세포를 배양하는 통상적인 세포배양 장치(100)에 있어서, 신경세포를 점착시키기 위한 기판(20)이 금(2)으로 코팅된 실리콘 기판(1)의 표면에 전도성 고분자(3)가 코팅된 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 신경세포 배양용 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 신경세포 배양용 장치의 전극에 전압, 전류 및 시간을 조절하기 위한 조절기(30)가 추가로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 신경세포 배양용 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 조절기가 동물 채내에 삽입이 가능한 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 신경세포 배양용 장치.
