Claims (2)
- DO농도 0.1∼1mg/ℓ로 조절되는 배양조에서 다수의 토양유래 통성혐기성 박테리아를 처리하고자 하는 원폐수에 선택적으로 적응 배양시키는 단계;집수조정조에 원폐수를 도입시키고, DO 0.1∼0.5mg/ℓ 영역하에서 상기 배양조에서 배양된 적응 변성 박테리아군 및 2차 처리시스템의 침전조에서 반송된 다수의 박테리아군을 투입시켜 이들의 특수효소에 의해 오염물질을 분해시키는 단계;상기 집수조정조에서 처리된 처리수를 pH 조정조로 이송시키고, Ca(OH)2를 첨가시켜 상기 처리수의 pH를 8.5∼9.5로 조절시키는 단계;상기 pH가 조절된 처리수를 변성조로 이송시키고, 상기 배양조에서 배양된 적응 변성 박테리아군을 투입시켜 흡착시킨 후 DO농도를 0.1∼1.0mg/ℓ사이에서 교차운전하여 오염물질의 저분자화시키고 질산화 및 탈질화시키는 단계;상기 변성조에서 처리된 처리수를 효용조로 이송시키고, 상기 배양조에서 배양된 적응 변성 박테리아군을 더욱 도입시켜 오염물질을 저분자화 시키며, DO농도를 0.1∼1.0mg/ℓ사이에서 교차운전하여 오염물질의 질산화 및 탈질화를 가속화시키는 단계;상기 효용조에서 처리된 처리수를 침전조로 이송시켜 고액분리한 후 침전된 미생물군은 배양조, 변성조 및 효용조로 반송시키고, 상등수는 화학응집을 위해 먼저 pH조정조로 이송시키며, 잉여 슬러지는 탈수 처리시키는 단계;상기 pH조정조로 이송된 상등수는 Ca(OH)2로 pH를 8∼9로 조정하여 반응응집조로 이송시키며, 이송된 상등수에 Fe계, Ca계 및 고분자 응집제를 첨가시켜 무기화된 COD성 물질과 응집시킨 후, 응집된 물질을 화학침전조로 이송시키는 단계;상기 응집된 물질을 고액분리시키고, 분리된 상등수는 최종처리조인 활성오니 폭기조로 유입시키며, 침전된 슬러지는 탈수 처리시키는 단계;상기 활성오니 폭기조로 유입시킨 상등수를 MLSS 농도가 3,000∼4,000mg/ℓ이고, DO 범위가 1∼3mg/ℓ인 호기성 영역 하에서 미생물에 의해 소화시키는 단계; 및상기 폭기조에서 응집된 MLSS를 최종 침전조로 유입시켜 고액분리시킨 후 상등수는 방류조를 거쳐 최종 처리수로 방류시키고, 침전된 오니는 반송시키거나 탈수 처리시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 배양된 통성혐기성 박테리아에 의한 고농도 및 난분해성 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 통성혐기성 박테리아는 슈도모나스(Psedomonas) 속, 패너로키티 크니조스포리움(Phanerochaete chnysosporium), 퓨자리움(Fusarium) 속, 스트렙토마이세스(Steptomyes) 속, 노카디아 바실러스(Nocardia Bacillus), 에어로모나스(Aeromonas) 속 등으로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
