적외선 열화상 카메라를 이용한 특수용 신발의 결함검사의 선행 과정의 한 분야로써 적외선 열화상을 얻기 위해서 시편의 가열은 필수 조건이다. 시편의 가열을 위해서는 가열 장치의 개발 또한 절실히 필요하다.One of the preliminary steps in the inspection of defects in special shoes using infrared thermal imaging cameras, the heating of specimens is a prerequisite for obtaining infrared thermal imaging. 특수용 신발의 접합부에 내재되어 있는 결함 검출을 위하여 적외선 열화상 카메라 법을 이용하고, 적외선 열화상을 얻기 위해서는 결함 검출 시편을 가열하여야 한다. 시편 가열장치의 개발에 있어서 설정 온도 범위 내에 온도 편차가 적어야하고 가열 부분의 온도가 고르게 분포되어야 한다. 따라서 설정 온도를 제어하는 제어부와 시편을 고르게 가열할 수 있는 가열부로 크게 두 가지로 나눌 수 있다.Infrared thermography is used to detect defects in the junction of special shoes, and the flaw detection specimen must be heated to obtain infrared thermal image. 지금까지 특수용 신발의 비파괴 결함평가 법은 단지 숙달된 사람에 의해서만 이루어져 있는 실정이다. 결함의 평가를 자동화하기 위해서는 비파괴적인 방법이 이루어져야 하고 그 비파괴적인 방법중의 하나가 적외선 열화상 카메라를 이용한 것이다. 시편의 가열 장치를 개발함으로써 적외선 열화상 카메라를 이용하여 결함을 검출할 수 있는 파생효과를 얻을 수 있다.Until now, the non-destructive flaw evaluation method of special shoes has been made only by a trained person.
