본 발명은 절단원목을 주원료로 한 느타리 버섯 재배법에 관한 것이다. 종래의 느타리 버섯 재배는 주로 폐면, 톱밥 그리고 절단하지 않은 원목에 버섯 종균을 배양하여 재배하는 것이었다.The present invention relates to a method for cultivating oyster mushrooms using cut wood as a main raw material. 지금 발명한 재배법을 현실화 할 경우 년간 폐면을 수입하는데 들었던 8백억원의 외화 절약 효과를 거둘 수 있다. 또한 기존의 재배로는 단일 원자재를 사용하기 때문에 버섯의 종균을 바꾸어 배양하여도 품질 면에서 바뀌지 않기 때문에 특유의 품질 버섯을 생산할 수 없었다. 본 재배법을 사용할 경우 원자재를 바꾸어 재배를 했을 때 여러 종류의 각기 다른 품질 좋은 버섯을 재배하여 버섯의 명품화를 꽤할 수 있다.If the cultivation method invented now can be realized, the foreign currency savings of 800 billion won, which has been spent on importing cotton, can be saved. 본 발명은 기존의 원목을 잘게 부숴 톱밥을 만드는 개념이 아닌 원목을 절단해서 사용하는 것이다. 원목의 크기는 지름 1.5cm, 높이 2.5cm이다. 이렇게 자른 원목에 5mm이하의 톱밥, 30mm이하의 볏짚을 혼합하여 사용한다. 이 때의 혼합비율은 원목 80%, 톱밥15%, 볏짚5%로 한다. 상기의 혼합된 원료를 침수과정을 거친 후 종균 배양 배지로 사용하는데, 침수 시 물 온도는 18° ∼20° 로 하며, 침수시간은 기존의 일반 원목의 수분 함량이 48%∼50%이기 때문에 수분함량을 70%까지 높이기 위해 마르지 않은 절단 원목 사용시에는 4일이 소요되며, 바짝 마른 절단 원목 사용시에는 7일이 소요된다.The present invention is to cut and use the solid wood, not the concept of making a sawdust to crush the existing solid wood.
