Claims (4)
- CHO (Chinese Hamster Ovary) 세포주의 LDH (Lactate DeHydrogenase)의 생성을 저해하는, 서열번호 1 (CHO dhfr- LDH-A cDNA)에 대해 상보적 서열을 갖는 안티센스 뉴클레오티드 (anti-ldh).
- 제 1 항의 안티센스 뉴클레오티드와 DHFR 유전자 (ATCC 37146)가 융합된 융합 유전자(dhfr/anti-ldh).
- 제 2 항의 융합 유전자 (dhfr/anti-ldh)를 포함하는 동물세포의 발현벡터.
- 제 3 항의 동물세포 발현벡터를 CHOdhfr-세포주로 형질전환시키고, 이 후 세포주내의 상기 융합 유전자를 MTX (methotrexate)를 이용하여 증폭시킴으로써 수득되는, pH 안정화 CHO 세포주 (CHO/dhfr/anti-ldh) KCLRF-BP-00051.
