Claims (1)
- 조장석을 이용한 고급 내화단열을 얻음에 있어서 이의 주원료와 부원료로 구성하여 주원료에 있어서는 조장석 40∼45중량%, 고령토 10∼15중량%, 알루미나 2∼5중량%, 점토 8∼15중량% 범위로 하고, 부원료로서는 질석 8∼10중량%, 목분 4∼6중량%, 물유리 15∼30중량% 범위로 하고, 이의 제조고정에 있어서는 주원료 투입공정(100), 분쇄공정(101), 건조공정(102), 부원료 투입공정(103), 교반공정(104), 성형공정(105), 건조공정(106), 소성공정(107), 후 가공공정(108)과 포장공정(109)으로 결합함을 특징으로 한 조장석을 이용한 고급 내화단열 벽돌의 제조방법.
