Claims (6)
- 플라즈마를 이용한 살균 및 제독방법에 있어서,대기압 플라즈마 발생장치에 의해 생성된 활성 라디칼로 피처리물의 병원성 미생물을 살균하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기압에서 플라즈마를 이용한 살균 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 살균방법은,상기 대기압 플라즈마 발생장치가 챔버를 구비한 플라즈마 발생장치이고, 상기 챔버내에 상기 피처리물을 넣은 후 플라즈마를 발생하여 챔버 내 활성라디칼에 의해 피처리물을 살균 및 제독하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기압에서 플라즈마를 이용한 살균 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피처리물이 멸균백에 포장된 경우에는 상기 피처리물이 포장된 멸균백을 상기 챔버 내에 넣고 플라즈마를 발생하여 상기 멸균백내 기체방전에 의해 살균 및 제독하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기압에서 플라즈마를 이용한 살균방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 살균방법은,상기 대기압 플라즈마 발생장치가 분사관을 구비한 플라즈마 발생장치이고, 상기 피처리물을 분사관으로부터 이격되게 위치시킨 후 활성 라디칼을 이송시켜 상기 피처리물을 살균 및 제독하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기압에서 플라즈마를 이용한 살균 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 피처리물이 멸균백에 포장된 경우에는 상기 피처리물이 포장된 멸균백에 활성 라디칼을 주입시켜 상기 피처리물을 살균 및 제독하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기압에서 플라즈마를 이용한 살균 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 대기압 플라즈마 발생장치는 반응가스로서 공기, 질소, 아르곤, 헬륨, 산소 등의 기체 및 이들의 혼합기체를 사용하되, 기상의 물과 과산화수소, 알코올 등을 첨가할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 대기압에서 플라즈마를 이용한 살균 방법.
