Claims (4)
- 분자량, 입체 규칙성, 발포효율 등이 다른 각각의 발포 폴리스티렌에 적용 시 용해하지 않고 부피만을 감소시켜, 감용 시 발포 폴리스티렌과 감용에 필요한 감용액의 비인 함용도가 1이하이며, 감용 후 감용액 속에 용해된 폴리스티렌과 감용 전 폴리스티렌의 무게비인 용해도가 1%이하가 되도록 발포 폴리스티렌을 용해하는 1군의 용제 50~99중량%와 용해하지 않는 2군의 용제 1~50중량%의 혼합액에 비이온 및 음이온 계면활성제를 0.1~30중량% 사용 혼합하여 이루어지는 발포 폴리스티렌의 감용액 .
- 제1항에 있어서 비이온 계면활성제로 사용하는 것은 폴리에틸렌글리콜류, 노닐 페놀류가 바람직하고, 그 밖에 알킬 및 알킬아릴폴리옥시에틸렌에테르, 알킬아릴포름알데히드축합 폴리옥시에틸렌에테르, 폴리옥시프로필렌을 친유기로 하는 블록폴리머, 글리세린에스테르의 폴리옥시에틸렌에테르, 솔비탄 에스테르의 폴리 옥시에틸렌에테르, 솔비톨 에스테르의 폴리옥시에틸렌에테르, 폴리에틸렌글리콜지방산에스테르, 글리세린에스테르 솔비탄에스테르, 프로필렌글리콜에스테르, 슈가에스테르 등이 있으며, 음이온 계면활성제로는 카르복시산염, 슬폰산염, 황산에스테르염, 인산에스테르염을 의미하는데, 이들 중 하나를 선택적으로 사용하거나 혹은 2종류 이상 선택적으로 사용 혼합 시켜 1군과 2군 용제의 적절한 조성변화를 가능하게 하여 제조한 발포 폴리스티렌 재활용 감용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포 폴리스티렌을 용해하는 1군의 용제는 디메틸 아디페이트, 디메틸 글루탈레이트, 디메틸 썩시네이트, 디이소부틸레이트류 등의 diester류의 용제를 의미하는데, 이들 중 하나를 선택적으로 사용하거나 혹은 그 이상 선택적으로 혼합 시켜 제조되어지는 발포 폴리스티렌 재활용 감용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포 폴리스티렌을 용해하는 2군의 용제는 에틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 부칠디글리콜, 메칠디글리콜 등의 글리콜류의 용제를 의미하는데, 이들 중 하나를 선택적으로 사용하거나 혹은 이들을 2종류 이상 선택적으로 혼합 시켜 제조되어지는 발포 폴리스티렌 재활용 감용액.
