Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 에폭시 수지(epoxy resin), 발색제 0.001 내지 15 phr (parts per hundred parts of resin), 지당(TiO2) 0 내지 5 phr, 광 산란제 0 내지 10 phr, 분산제 0 내지 2 phr, 산화방지제 0 내지 5 phr, 자외선 차단제 0 내지 5 phr, 레벨링제 0 내지 2 phr, 소포제 0 내지 2 phr 및 경화제 20 내지 50 phr을 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지는 하기 화학식 1의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물:<화학식 1>단, 상기 화학식 1에서, R은 하기의 화학식을 갖고,n은 1 또는 2의 정수이고;R'는 -C(CH3)2-, -CH2- 및 -S02-로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 기이고;R"는 -X-CH2-0- 기이고, X는 C1내지 C10반복 단위로 이루어진 알킬렌기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지는,(a) 베이스 에폭시 수지 30 내지 40 phr, 비스-페놀류 화합물 20 내지 30 phr 및 디글리시딜 에테르류 화합물 40 내지 50 phr을 교반하여 60℃ 내지 120℃에서 용해시키는 단계; 및(b) 상기 (a) 단계로부터 제조된 용액에 촉매를 비스-페놀류 화합물을 기준으로 100 내지 2500 ppm을 섞어준 후 100℃ 내지 200℃에서 1 내지 10시간 동안 반응시키는 단계에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 에폭시 수지는 하기 화학식 2의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물:<화학식 2>단, 상기 화학식 2에서 R은 하기의 화학식을 갖고,상기 화학식에서, n은 1 또는 2의 정수이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비스-페놀류 화합물은 하기 화학식 3의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물:<화학식 3>단, 상기 화학식 3에서 R'는 -C(CH3)2-, -CH2- 및 -S02-로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 기이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 디글리시딜 에테르류 화합물은 하기 화학식 4의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물:<화학식 4>단, 상기 화학식 4에서 R"는 -X-CH2-0- 기이고, X는 C1내지 C10반복 단위로 이루어진 알킬렌기고, m은 1 내지 10의 정수이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 플루오르 이온, 브롬 이온, 염소 이온 및 요오드 이온으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 이온을 포함하는 이온성 촉매 또는 이미다졸류 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항의 에폭시 수지 조성물로 제조된 조명 기구용 발광원 커버.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 커버가 패널 또는 튜브 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 기구용 발광원 커버.
- 제8항에 있어서, 곡면 성형 특성을 개선시키기 위해 내부에 오목한 홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 기구용 발광원 커버.
- 제8항에 있어서, 2층 이상의 커버가 중첩된 다층 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 기구용 발광원 커버.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 커버의 내부에 섬유 보강재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 기구용 발광원 커버.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 보강재가 중합체 섬유 또는 유리 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 기구용 발광원 커버.
