Claims (10)
- 층형상의 단일상의 결정구조를 갖고, 식(1):LiNi2/3Mn1/3O2로 표시되는 조성의 산화물의 결정입자로 이루어지고, 상기 산화물을 구성하는 산소원자의 배열이 입방최조밀충전인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산화물의 결정구조가 R3m에 속하는 층구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.1∼2㎛의 입자지름을 갖는 상기 산화물의 결정입자와, 2∼20㎛의 입자지름을 갖는 상기 결정입자의 2차입자와의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정입자의 단위격자의 부피가 산화에 의해서 증대하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 Ni 및 Mn의 각 비율이 서로 오차 10원자% 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정입자의 표면에 이종(異種)원소가 도프되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 이종원소가, 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 이트륨 및 이테르븀으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 이종원소의 첨가량이 Ni 및 Mn의 합계의 0.05∼20원자%인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정입자의 니켈원소 및 망간원소가 2 : 1의 비율로 존재하는 층에 있어서, 니켈원소 및 망간원소의 배열이, [√3 ×√3] R30°의 초격자배열인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질.
- 리튬이온을 흡수저장·방출하는 재료 및/또는 금속리튬을 음극 활물질로서 포함하는 음극과, 층형상의 단일상의 결정구조를 갖고, 식(1):LiNi2/3Mn1/3O2로 표시되는 조성의 산화물의 결정입자로 이루어지고, 상기 산화물을 구성하는 산소원자의 배열이 입방최조밀충전인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극과, 전해질을 구비하는 비수전해질 이차전지.
