Claims (4)
- 클럭을 생성하는 기준이 되는 파인 클럭 마크를 포함하는 광 디스크(100)에 상기 클럭에 동기하여 신호를 기록 및/또는 재생하는 광 디스크 장치(200)에 있어서,상기 광 디스크(100)에 레이저광을 조사하고, 그 반사광을 검출하는 광 픽업(102)과,상기 광 픽업(102)이 상기 파인 클럭 마크에 기인하여 검출한 파인 클럭 마크 신호를 소정의 레벨에 기초하여 비교하여 파인 클럭 마크 검출 신호를 생성하는 파인 클럭 마크 검출 회로(103)와,상기 파인 클럭 마크 검출 신호에 동기하며, 또한, 상기 파인 클럭 마크 검출 신호를 소정 수분의 1로 분주하여 상기 클럭을 생성하는 클럭 생성 회로(104)를 포함하며,상기 파인 클럭 마크 검출 회로(103)는, 상기 파인 클럭 마크 신호의 n(n은 자연수)개의 신호 성분 중, 비교하고자 하는 신호 성분을 FCMk(1≤k≤n), 상기 신호 성분 FCMk직전에 비교된 신호 성분을 FCMk-1, 상기 신호 성분 FCMk-1의 비교 레벨을 Lk-1, 상기 신호 성분 FCMk의 진폭을 Pk로 하였을 때, 상기 Lk-1에 대한 가중치를 상기 진폭 Pk에 대한 가중치보다 크게 한 상기 Lk-1과 상기 Pk와의 가중 평균에 의해 결정된 비교 레벨 Lk에 기초하여 상기 신호 성분 FCMk를 비교하고, 그 비교한 비교 신호가 얻어진 것에 기인하여 상기 파인 클럭 마크 검출 신호를 생성하는 광 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 파인 클럭 마크 검출 회로(103)는,상기 신호 성분 FCMk의 피크측에 설정된 제1 레벨에 기초하여 상기 신호 성분을 비교한 제1 비교 신호와, 상기 신호 성분 FCMk의 보텀측에 설정된 제2 레벨에 기초하여 상기 신호 성분 FCMk를 비교한 제2 비교 신호를 생성하며, 상기 제1 또는 제2 비교 신호가 얻어진 것에 기인하여 상기 파인 클럭 마크 검출 신호를 생성하고,상기 제1 레벨은, 상기 신호 성분 FCMk-1의 피크측에 설정된 비교 레벨 LPk-1과 상기 신호 성분 FCMk의 피크값 PPk를 이용한 상기 가중 평균에 의해 결정된 레벨이며,상기 제2 레벨은, 상기 신호 성분 FCMk-1의 보텀측에 설정된 비교 레벨 LBk-1과 상기 신호 성분 FCMk의 보텀값 PBk를 이용한 상기 가중 평균에 의해 결정된 레벨인 광 디스크 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 파인 클럭 마크 검출 회로(103)는,상기 신호 성분 FCMk를 상기 제1 레벨에 기초하여 비교하여 상기 제1 비교 신호를 생성하는 제1 비교기(1033)와,상기 신호 성분 FCMk를 상기 제2 레벨에 기초하여 비교하여 상기 제2 비교 신호를 생성하는 제2 비교기(1034)와,상기 신호 성분 FCMk에 기초하여 상기 피크값 PPk를 홀드하는 제1 홀드 회로(1037)와,상기 신호 성분 FCMk에 기초하여 상기 보텀값 PBk를 홀드하는 제2 홀드 회로(1038)와,상기 신호 성분 FCMk를 상기 소정의 레벨에 기초하여 비교하여 제3 비교 신호를 생성하는 제3 비교기(1047)와,상기 비교 레벨 LPk-1과 상기 피크값 PPk를 이용하여 가중 평균에 의해 상기 제1 레벨을 연산하고, 상기 비교 레벨 LBk-1과 상기 보텀값 PBk를 이용하여 가중 평균에 의해 상기 제2 레벨을 연산하며, 상기 제1 또는 제2 비교 신호가 입력되면 상기 피크값 PPk와 상기 보텀값 PBk에 기초하여 상기 소정의 레벨을 연산하고, 상기 제3 비교 신호에 기초하여 상기 파인 클럭 마크 검출 신호를 생성하는 신호 처리 회로(1045)를 갖는 광 디스크 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광 픽업(102)은 접선 푸시풀법에 의해 상기 파인 클럭 마크 신호를 검출하는 광 디스크 장치.
