Claims (22)
- 추간판을 치료하거나 재활시키도록, 적어도 하나의 섬유륜충진기구 및 적어도 하나의 수핵충진물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크충진시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,전기 섬유륜충진기구는 보통 수핵 및 내부 섬유륜에 의해 채워져 있는 공간 내부로부터 물질의 정출(extrusion)을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,전기 섬유륜충진기구는 간벽(barrier)인 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,전기 수핵충진물질은 감소된 디스크 높이 및 압력을 복구하는 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,전기 수핵충진물질은 수핵공간내 물질의 충진 또는 형성을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,전기 섬유륜충진기구는 제거될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,전기 수핵충진물질은 제거될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,전기 수핵충진물질이 약리활성물질(pharmacologically active agent)인 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,전기 수핵충진물질은 액체, 겔, 고형 및 기체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.

- 제12항에 있어서,전기 수화겔은 아크릴로니트릴(acrylonitrile), 아크릴산(acrylic acid), 폴리아크릴이미드(polyacrylimide), 아크릴이미드(acrylimide), 아크릴이미딘(acrylimidine), 폴리아크릴로니트릴(polyacrylonitrile) 및 폴리비닐알콜(polyvinyl alcohol)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,전기 고체는 정육면체, 구형체, 디스크 유사 구성체, 타원체, 마름모형체(rhombohedral), 원주형체 또는 부정형체인 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,전기 고체는 가루형태인 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,전기 고체는 티탄늄, 스테인레스 스틸(stainless steel), 니티놀(nitinol), 코발트(cobalt), 크롬(chrome), 재흡수 가능 물질, 폴리우레탄(polyurethane), 폴리에스테르(polyester), PEEK, PET, FEP, PTFE, ePTFE, PMMA, 나일론, 탄소섬유,델린(Delrin), 폴리비닐알콜 겔(polyvinyl alcohol gel), 폴리글리콜 산(polyglycolic acid), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(polyethylene glycol), 실리콘 겔(silicone gel), 실리콘 러버(silicone rubber), 가황고무(vulcanized rubber), 가스찬 소포체(gas-filled vesicle), 뼈, 히드록시 아파타이트(hydroxy apatite), 교차결합 콜라겐과 유사한 콜라겐, 근육조직, 지방, 셀룰로오스, 케라틴, 연골, 단백질 폴리머, 이식된 수핵, 생물합성된 수핵, 이식된 섬유륜 및 생물합성된 섬유륜으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,전기 겔은 하나 또는 그 이상의 생물학적 활성 화합물이 주입되거나 코팅된 것임을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서,전기 생물학적 활성 화합물은 약물담체(drug carrier), 유전자 벡터, 유전자, 치료제(therapeutic agent), 성장재활인자(growth renewal agent), 성장저해인자(growth inhibitory agent), 진통제(analgesic), 항감염인자(anti-infectiousagent) 및 항염증약(anti-inflammatory drug)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,전기 고체는 적어도 하나의 생물학적 활성 화합물이 주입되거나 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서,전기 생물학적 활성 화합물은 약물담체(drug carrier), 유전자 벡터, 유전자, 치료제(therapeutic agent), 성장재활인자(growth renewal agent), 성장저해인자(growth inhibitory agent), 진통제(analgesic), 항감염인자(anti-infectious agent) 및 항염증약(anti-inflammatory drug)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
- 적어도 하나의 섬유륜충진기구 및 적어도 하나의 수핵충진기구를 포함하는, 수핵 및/또는 섬유륜을 충진시킴으로서 추간판을 치료하거나 재활시키는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,전기 수핵충진물질은 전기 섬유륜충진기구가 섬유륜의 약한 부위를 보호할 때, 섬유륜의 건강한 부위와 적합한 것임을 특징으로 하는디스크충진시스템.
