Claims (11)
- 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선이 교차되어 정의된 화소가 적어도 두 도메인으로 분할되고, 상기 화소에 박막트랜지스터 및 화소전극이 형성된 제 1 기판과, 상기 제 1 기판에 대향하며 컬러필터층이 형성된 제 2 기판과, 상기 제 1 ,제 2 기판 사이에 형성된 액정층과, 상기 제 1 ,제 2 기판의 내측면에 형성된 제 1 ,제 2 배향막과, 상기 화소의 외곽부 중, 전계방향과 액정이 서는 방향이 반대인 지점에 차광층이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차광층은 상기 데이터 배선에 오버랩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도메인 경계에 슬릿이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도메인 경계에는 블랙 매트릭스, 스토리지 배선, 게이트 BM 중 어느 한 패턴이 오버랩된 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 차광층은 상기 블랙 매트릭스와 일체형으로 형성된것을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 블랙 매트릭스는 상기 데이터 배선에 오버랩되어 더 넓게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 차광층은 상기 게이트 BM과 일체형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트 BM은 상기 게이트 배선과 동시에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 ,제 2 배향막은 러빙과 광조사를 이용하여 배향처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도메인은 2도메인으로 분할된 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 도메인의 제 1 영역의 액정분자와 제 2 영역의 액정분자가 서로 다른 방향으로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시소자.
