Claims (6)
- (a) 화학식 II의 화합물을 염소화제와 반응시켜 화학식 III의 화합물 또는, 적합한 경우, 이의 호변이성체를, 각각의 경우, 유리 형태 또는 염 형태로 형성하고, (b) 이렇게 하여 수득한 화학식 III의 화합물을 화학식 IV의 화합물과 반응시켜, 화학식 I의 화합물 및, 적합한 경우, 이의 E/Z 이성체, E/Z 이성체의 혼합물 및/또는 호변이성체를, 각각의 경우, 유리 형태 또는 염 형태로 제조하는 방법으로서,공정 단계(a)에 따르는 염소화가 촉매량의 SO2의 존재하에 염소화제를 사용하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.화학식 I화학식 II화학식 III화학식 IV위의 화학식 I, II 및 IV에서,Q는 CH 또는 N이고,Y는 NO2또는 CN이고,Z는 CHR3, O, NR3또는 S이고,R1및 R2는 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 치환되지 않거나 R4에 의해 치환된 C1-C8알킬이거나, R1과 R2는 함께 NR5, O 및 S로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 헤테로 원자를 임의로 함유하는 탄소수 2 또는 3의 알킬렌 브릿지를 형성하고,R3은 H 또는 치환되지 않거나 R4에 의해 치환된 C1-C12알킬이고,R4는 치환되지 않거나 치환된 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴이고,R5는 H 또는 C1-C12알킬이며,X는 이탈 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공정 단계(a)가 아세토니트릴 속에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공정 단계(a)에서 연속 공정이 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공정 단계(a)에서 SO2가, 화학식 II의 출발 물질을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 50mol%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
- 화학식 II의 화합물 또는, 적합한 경우, 이의 호변이성체를, 각각의 경우, 유리 형태 또는 염 형태로 염소화제와 반응시켜 화학식 III의 화합물을 제조하는 방법으로서,염소화가 촉매량의 SO2의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.화학식 II화학식 III위의 화학식 II에서,X는 이탈 그룹이다.
- (c) 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 화학식 II의 화합물을 염소화제와 반응시켜 화학식 III의 화합물 또는, 적합한 경우, 이의 호변이성체를, 각각의 경우, 유리형태 또는 염 형태로 형성하고, (d) 이렇게 하여 수득한 화학식 III의 화합물을 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 화학식 IV의 화합물과 반응시켜 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 화학식 I의 화합물을 제조하는 방법으로서,화학식 III의 화합물이 용융 결정화 공정에서 중간체 정제처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.화학식 III
