Description
Claims (13)
- 냉매를 승압하는 압축기와, 상기 압축기에서 승압된 냉매를 냉각하는 방열기와, 상기 방열기보다 냉매하류측에 배치되어 상기 냉각된 냉매를 감압팽창하는 감압기와, 상기 감압기에서 감압된 냉매를 가열하는 증발기와,상기 압축기, 상기 방열기, 상기 감압기, 상기 증발기를 차례로 접속하는 배관을 적어도 갖고, 상기 압축기, 상기 방열기, 상기 감압기, 상기 증발기 및 상기 배관 내를 상기 냉매가 순환하는 냉매회로를 구비한 냉동사이클장치에 있어서,상기 냉매로서 탄산가스(CO2)가 봉입되어 있고,상기 냉매회로 내의 오일의 양은 상기 CO2봉입량의 40 중량% 이하 또는 0인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압축기는 선형 모터에 의해 구동하는 선형 압축기인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 냉매회로 내의 오일의 양은 0인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 오일은 상기 냉동사이클장치의 조립시 이외에는 이용되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
- 냉매를 승압하는 압축기와, 상기 압축기에서 승압된 냉매를 냉각하는 방열기와, 상기 방열기보다 냉매하류측에 배치되어 상기 냉각된 냉매를 감압팽창하는 감압기와, 상기 감압기에서 감압된 냉매를 가열하는 증발기와,상기 압축기, 상기 방열기, 상기 감압기, 상기 증발기를 차례로 접속하는 배관을 적어도 갖고, 상기 압축기, 상기 방열기, 상기 감압기, 상기 증발기 및 상기 배관 내를 상기 냉매가 순환하는 냉매회로를 구비한 냉동사이클장치에 있어서,상기 냉매로서 탄산가스(CO2)가 봉입되어 있으며,상기 증발기는 편평튜브에 형성된 복수의 관통공을 냉매유로로서 갖고,상기 압축기의 내부를 제외하는 상기 냉매회로의 임의의 일부를 순환하는 오일의 양의 상기 일부를 순환하는 CO2양에 대한 비율인 오일순환율이 1.5중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 관통공의 수력상당직경이 0.2mm에서 2.0mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,상기 방열기의 냉매출구측으로부터 상기 감압기의 입구측까지의 사이에 형성된 방열측 냉매유로와, 상기 증발기의 냉매출구측에서 상기 압축기의 흡입부까지의 사이에 형성된 증발측 냉매유로와의 사이에서 열교환을 행하는 보조열교환기를 추가로 구비하며,상기 보조열교환기 내의 증발측 냉매유로는 편평튜브에 형성된 복수의 관통공을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
- 제 5항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 압축기와 상기 방열기와의 사이에 설치된 제 1 오일분리기와,상기 제 1 오일분리기와 상기 압축기와의 사이에 설치된 상기 제 1 오일분리기에서 분리되는 오일을 상기 압축기로 귀환시키는 제 1 오일귀환수단을 추가로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 제 1 오일분리기는 상기 압축기와 일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
- 제 5항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 방열기의 냉매출구로부터 상기 보조열교환기의 냉매입구까지의 사이에 설치된 제 2 오일분리기와,상기 제 2 오일분리기와 상기 압축기와의 사이에 설치된 상기 제 2 오일분리기에서 분리되는 오일을 상기 압축기로 귀환시키는 제 2 오일귀환수단을 추가로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
- 제 5항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 압축기는 선형 모터에 의해 구동하는 선형 압축기인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 보조열교환기 내의 증발측 냉매유로의 관통공의 수력상당직경은 상기 증발기 출구의 관통공의 수력상당직경 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 보조열교환기 내에서, 상기 방열측 냉매유로도 편평튜브에 형성된 복수의 관통공을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클장치.
