Claims (9)
- 생리학적 샘플에서 하나 이상의 분석대상물의 농도를 측정하기 위한 시험편에 있어서,상기 시험편은 상기 샘플을 상기 시험편의 반응영역으로 전달하기 위한 유체 전달 소자를 포함하고, 상기 유체 전달 소자는 적어도 제 1 영역과 제 2 영역을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 영역의 두께는 상기 제 2 영역의 두께와 다른, 분석대상물 농도 측정용 시험편.
- 생리학적 샘플에서 하나 이상의 분석대상물의 농도를 측정하기 위한 시험편에 있어서, 상기 시험편은 상기 샘플을 상기 시험편의 반응영역으로 전달하기 위한 유체 전달 소자를 포함하고, 상기 유체 전달 소자는 적어도 제 1 영역과 제 2 영역을 포함하고, 상기 제 2 영역은 샘플을 수용하도록 설정되고 상기 제 1 영역은 과잉 샘플을 수용하도록 설정된, 분석대상물 농도 측정용 시험편.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유체 전달 소자는 다공성 물질을 포함하는 분석대상물 농도 측정용 시험편.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 영역은 약 1 내지 7 μL(microliter) 부피의 샘플로 적셔질 수 있는 분석대상물 농도 측정용 시험편.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 영역은 약 0.1 내지 5.0 μL 부피의 샘플을 상기 시험편의 반응 영역에 전달할 수 있는 분석대상물 농도 측정용 시험편.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 영역은 하나 이상의 측방향 연장부를 더 포함하는 분석대상물 농도 측정용 시험편.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 시험편은 지지층을 더 포함하며, 상기 지지층은 하나 이상의 절취부(notch)를 그 안에 포함하며, 상기 하나 이상의 샘플 적용 특징부는 상기 하나 이상의 절취부 너머로 연장하도록 형성된 분석대상물 농도 측정용 시험편.
- 시험편의 전달 소자의 제조방법에 있어서,(a) 제 1 영역과 제 2 영역을 갖는 전달 소자를 만들도록 형성되어 있으며, 상기 제 1 영역과 제 2 영역의 두께가 서로 다른 압축성형(compression molding) 조립체를 구비하는 단계와;(b) 상기 성형 조립체 내에 전구 물체(precursor material)를 삽입하는 단계와;(c) 적어도 제 1 영역과 제 2 영역을 가지며 상기 제 1 영역과 상기 제 2 영역의 두께가 서로 다른 상기 전달 소자를 제공하기 위해 상기 전구 물체에 압력을 가하는 단계를 포함하는 시험편의 전달 소자 제조방법.
- 생리학적 샘플에서 하나 이상의 분석대상물의 농도를 측정하는 방법에 있어서,서로 다른 두께를 갖는 제 1 영역과 제 2 영역을 포함하는 유체 전달 소자를 포함하는 시험편에 샘플을 가하는 단계를 포함하는, 분석대상물 농도 측정 방법.
