Claims (16)
- 영상 자원으로부터 제공되는 영상을 이동통신망에 적합하도록 포맷팅하는 포맷 변환기와,상기 포맷 변환기로부터의 영상을 미리 결정된 전용 확산부호로 확산하여 방송하는 기지국과,상기 기지국으로부터의 방송 신호를 상기 확산부호로 역확산하여 수신하는 이동국을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신시스템의 방송 서비스 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기지국은 상기 영상을 방송을 위해 전용으로 할당된 주파수(FA : Frequency assignment)를 이용해 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신시스템의 방송 서비스 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산부호는 월시부호인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신시스템의 방송 서비스 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 영상 자원은 텔레비전 방송 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신시스템의 방송 서비스 장치.
- TV방송을 위해 전용의 주파수(FA : Frequency assignment)를 할당하는 기지국 장치에 있어서,TV방송채널 데이터를 부호화하는 채널부호기와,상기 채널부호기의 출력을 인터리빙하는 인터리버와,상기 인터리버의 출력을 상기 TV방송채널에 대응하여 미리 정해진 월시부호로 확산하여 출력하는 직교확산기와,퀵페이징 지시들(quick paging indicators)을 소정 반복횟수만큼 반복하여 출력하는 퀵페이징채널 송신기와,상기 직교확산기의 출력과 상기 퀵페이징채널 송신기의 출력을 가산하는 가산기와,상기 가산기의 출력을 PN확산하여 출력하는 PN확산기와,상기 PN확산기의 출력을 상기 전용의 주파수를 이용해 송신하는 RF부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,방송서비스를 지원하는 인접기지국들의 리스트를 포함하는 오버헤드 메시지인 사적이웃리스트메시지(Private Neighbor List Message)를 정상 주파수를 이용해 송신하는 호출채널 송신기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 기지국이, TV방송채널 데이터를 미리 결정된 확산부호로 확산하여 방송을 위한 전용의 주파수(FA : Frequency assignment)를 이용해 전송하며, 상기 기지국으로부터의 방송 신호를 수신하기 위한 이동국 장치에 있어서,상기 전용의 주파수로 튜닝하여 상기 기지국으로부터의 방송신호를 수신하는 RF부와,상기 RF부의 출력을 상기 특정 TV방송채널에 대응하는 확산부호로 역확산하여 출력하는 역확산기와,상기 역확산기의 출력을 디인터리빙하는 디인터리버와,상기 디인터리버의 출력을 복호화하는 채널복호기와,상기 채널복호기의 출력을 영상 복호화하여 출력하는 영상복호화기와,상기 영상보호화기의 출력을 소정 영상처리하여 표시부에 디스플레이하는 영상처리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 기지국으로부터의 음성호에 대한 호출을 감시하기 위한 퀵페이징신호 감시기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 확산부호는 월시부호인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 영상 복호화기는 MPEG4 복호기인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 기지국이, TV방송채널 데이터를 미리 결정된 확산부호로 확산하여 방송을 위한 전용의 주파수(FA : Frequency assignment)를 이용해 전송하며, 상기 기지국으로부터의 방송 신호를 수신하기 위한 이동국의 수신방법에 있어서,사용자로부터 특정 TV방송채널의 수신을 요구하는 키입력이 있을시 선택된 TV방송채널에 대응하여 미리 저장하고 있는 확산부호를 복조기에 할당하는 과정과,상기 복조기가, 상기 전용의 주파수로 튜닝한후 상기 기지국으로부터의 방송 신호를 상기 확산부호로 역확산하여 수신하는 과정과,상기 수신한 방송 신호를 표시부에 디스플레이하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 확산부호는 월시부호인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 TV방송채널 수신중에, 상기 기지국으로부터의 퀵페이징채널을 주기적으로 감시하여 음성호에 대한 호출이 있는지 검사하는 과정과,상기 호출이 있을 시 상기 기지국의 정상 주파수(normal FA)로 튜닝한후 호출메세지를 수신하여 음성호 셋업을 수행하는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 TV방송채널 수신중에, 핸드오프 발생시 방송서비스를 지원하는 인접 기지국들에 해당하는 영역(Zone)내에서의 핸드오프인지 검사하는 과정과,상기 영역 내에서의 핸드오프인 경우, 동록절차 없이 핸드오프를 수행하는 과정과,상기 영역 밖으로의 핸드오프인 경우, 핸드오프 대상 기지국의 정상 주파수로 튜닝하여 오버헤드 메시지를 수신하는 과정과,상기 오버헤드 메시지를 분석하여 방송서비스의 지원여부를 판단하는 과정과,상기 방송서비스를 지원하는 경우, 핸드오프 전에 수신하고 있던 방송신호를 상기 기지국으로부터 수신하는 과정과,상기 방송서비스를 지원하지 않는 경우 대기상태로 진입하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- TV방송을 위해 전용의 주파수(FA : Frequency assignment)를 할당하는 기지국에서 상기 TV방송을 송신하기 위한 방법에 있어서,TV방송채널 데이터를 부호화하여 부호심볼을 생성하는 과정과,상기 부호심볼을 상기 TV방송채널에 대응하여 미리 정해진 확산부호로 확산하여 상기 TV방송에 대한 채널신호를 생성하는 과정과,퀵페이징 지시들(quick paging indicators)을 소정 반복횟수만큼 반복하여 퀵페이징채널 신호를 생성하는 과정과,상기 TV방송에 대한 채널신호와 상기 퀵페이징채널 신호를 가산하는 과정과,상기 가산된 신호를 PN확산하는 과정과,상기 PN확산된 신호를 상기 전용의 주파수를 이용해 송신하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,방송서비스를 지원하는 인접기지국들의 리스트를 포함하는 오버헤드 메시지를 정상 주파수(Normal FA)를 이용해 송신하는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
