Claims (4)
- 전로 정련공정에서 취련중 슬래그 진정효과를 보유함과 동시에 탈린능이 우수한 저융점 매용제를 구성함에 있어서, 슬래그 진정효과를 제공하기 위한 입자크기가 0.1-1.0mm의 석회석과 탈린능 및 저융점 제공을 위한 입자크기 0.1-1.0mm의 철산화물을 혼합하여 펠렛트(pellet)로 제조하되, 융점을 1100℃-1300℃로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전로 정련용 슬래그 진정효과 및 탈린능을 갖는 저융점 매용제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 펠렛트는 석회석을 5-60중량%, 철산화물을 40-95중량%가 되도록 제조하되, 상기한 펠렛트는 CaO농도가 3-35중량%, FeO의 농도가 65-97중량%로 되도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전로 정련용 슬래그 진정효과 및 탈린능을 갖는 저융점 매용제 조성물.
- 전로 정련공정에서 취련중 슬래그 진정효과를 보유함과 동시에 탈린능이 우수한 저융점 매용제를 구성함에 있어서, 슬래그 진정효과를 제공하기 위한 입자크기가 0.1-1.0mm의 석회석과 탈린능 및 저융점 제공을 위한 입자크기 0.1-1.0mm의 철산화물을 혼합하여 브리켓트(briquette)로 제조하되, 융점을 1100℃-1300℃로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전로 정련용 슬래그 진정효과 및 탈린능을 갖는 저융점매용제 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 브리켓트는 석회석을 5-60중량%, 철산화물을 40-95중량%가 되도록 제조하되, 상기한 브리켓트는 CaO농도가 3-35중량%, FeO의 농도가 65-97중량%로 되도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전로 정련용 슬래그 진정효과 및 탈린능을 갖는 저융점 매용제 조성물.
