Description
Claims (17)
- 성형재료를 금형에 주입한 후 승온 및 냉각단계를 거쳐 성형품을 제조하는 과정을 포함하는 제품의 성형을 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 승온 및 냉각단계에서 소정의 두께를 갖는 표면의 승온층과 20~90%의 공기층을 갖는 배면의 단열층으로 이루어진 일체형의 셸로 금형 캐비티 표면을 구성하는 과정과, 0.5∼20초의 시간 동안에 금형캐비티 표면을 50∼400℃의 온도로 인덕션 히팅하여 승온시키고, 금형 본체에 냉매를 순환시켜 냉각시키거나 좀더 적극적으로는 금형 캐비티 배면의 공기층에도 냉매를 순환시켜 냉각시키어 금형 캐비티 표면 온도를 0.1∼20초 이내에 냉각시키는 과정을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금형 캐비티 표면을 구성하는 과정에서 필요한 경우 승온층과 절연층을 이루는 상기 셸의 일부를 비자성물질로 대체하여 금형 캐비티 표면의 일부가 승온되지 않도록 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 승온 및 냉각하는 과정에서 금형 본체에 구성된 냉각관을 통해 냉매를 항상 순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각하는 과정에서 승온층 배면의 단열층의 공기층에 냉매를 순환시키는 방식으로 금형 본체 내의 냉각관 또는 별도의 냉각관을 구성하고 이를 공기층과 직접 연결시켜 냉매를 순환시켜 냉각을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 승온 및 냉각하는 과정에서 승온 전에 단열층의 공기층 내의 냉매의 순환을 중지하고 압축공기 또는 진공으로 공기층 내의 냉매를 제거한 후 승온시키고 냉각 과정에 다시 냉매를 순환시키는 과정을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 방법.
- 제품의 성형을 위한 금형은 캐비티를 포함하는 금형의 좌우 구성에 있어서, 좌 우 각각은 캐비티 표면의 역할을 하며 소정의 두께를 갖는 승온층과, 상기 승온층의 배면에 배열된 마이크로 채널 또는 마이크로 구멍으로 조성되는 단열층으로 이루어진 일체형의 셸을 포함하고 단열층이 밀착되는 금형 본체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 금형.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 셸의 재질은 인덕션 히팅이 가능한 자성체 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 금형.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 셸은 금형 본체의 셸 수용부 내에 밀착되면서 좌우 금형의 사이인 파팅면을 이루는 면에서만 셸과 셸 수용부간의 경계선에서 합체되거나, 또는 상기 셸 배면과 셸 수용부가 모두 합체되어 일체로 조합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 금형.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 셸의 두께는 1∼25mm 정도이고 승온층의 두께는 0.3∼10.0mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 금형.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 금형 캐비티를 구성하는 과정에서 단열층이 확보하는 공기층은 20∼90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 금형.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 채널은 단열층의 배면에 직선형 또는 파형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 금형.
- 제 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 채널은 폭이 0.3∼10.0mm 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 금형.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 구멍은 직경이 0.3∼10.0mm 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 금형.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 금형 캐비티 표면을 구성하는 과정에서 필요한 경우 승온층과 절연층을 이루는 상기 셸의 일부를 비자성물질로 대체하여 금형 캐비티 표면의 일부가 승온되지 않도록 셸의 일부를 비자성물체로 대체할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 금형.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 승온 및 냉각하는 과정에서 금형 본체에 구성된 냉각관을 통해 냉매를 항상 순환시키 위하여 금형 본체에 냉각관을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 금형.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 승온 및 냉각하는 과정에서 공기층에 냉매를 순환시키는 방식인 경우, 금형 본체 내의 냉각관 또는 별도의 냉각관을 구성하고 이를 공기층과 직접 연결시켜 냉각을 수행할 수 있도록 금형 본체 내의 냉각관 또는 별도의 냉각관을 공기층과 직접 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 성형을 위한 금형.
- 제 1 항의 성형방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
