Claims (3)
- 보빈 본체부상에 다수의 층으로 고압코일이 적층 권선하는 코일 권선단계;상기 고압 코일이 권선되는 고압보빈을 FBT 케이스 내부에 결합 후, 상기 FBT 케이스의 내부에는 절연을 위한 절연수지로서, 경질 에폭시 수지를 진공 주입에 의해 주입하는 절연수지 주입단계;상기 절연수지가 주입된 FBT 고압보빈의 코일 절연을 위하여 이를 가열로에서 가열하여 경화시키는 절연수지 경화단계를 통해 FBT 고압보빈을 절연시키는 방법에 있어서,상기 고압 코일이 권선되는 고압보빈을 불포화 폴리에스테르계 바니쉬 용액에 함침시켜 보빈 본체부에 권선된 고압코일 사이에 침투될 수 있도록 하는 고압보빈 코일 함침단계;상기 함침 완료된 고압보빈을 히이터가 설치된 가열로에 투입하여 70~150℃의 온도로 30분~2시간 가열하여 코일에 침투된 실리콘을 경화 시키는 고압보빈 전 경화단계;를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 FBT의 고압보빈 함침방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고압 코일이 권선되는 고압보빈은 실리콘 용액에 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 FBT의 고압보빈 함침방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고압 코일이 권선되는 고압보빈은 저점도 에폭시 수지에 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 FBT의 고압보빈 함침방법.
