- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 링커 단위가 황 함유 그룹을 포함하는 화학 센서.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 링커 단위가 디설파이드 그룹, 티올 그룹, 티올레이트 그룹, 이소시아네이트 그룹, 티오카바메이트 그룹, 디티오카바메이트 그룹, 설포늄 그룹 및 아미노 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 화학 센서.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코어와 측쇄 반복 단위로 이루어진 쉘의 탄소원자의 40% 이상이 sp2또는 sp 하이브리드화 탄소원자인 화학 센서.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덴드리머 코어 및/또는 측쇄 반복 단위로 이루어진 쉘이 아다만탄, 사이클로덱스트린, 크라운 에테르, 포르피린 및 프탈로시아닌으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 구조 단위를 포함하는 화학 센서.
- 제3항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코어 및/또는 측쇄 반복 단위로 이루어진 쉘이 극성 엔도-수용체 부위를 포함하는 화학 센서.
- 제2항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덴드리머 분자가 폴리아미도아민(PAMAM) 덴드리머인 화학 센서.
- 제2항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덴드리머 분자가 폴리(프로필렌 이민)(PPI) 덴드리머인 화학 센서.
- 제3항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코어 및/또는 측쇄 반복 단위로 이루어진 쉘이 금속 양이온으로 착화된 전자 공여 그룹을 포함하는 화학 센서.
- 제3항에 있어서, 덴드리머 분자의 내부가 소수성 구조를 갖는 화학 센서.
- 제13항에 있어서, 소수성 구조가 폴리페닐렌 구조에 의해 형성되거나 페닐렌 단위를 포함하는 화학 센서.
- 제2항에 있어서, 덴드리머 분자가 메탈로덴드리머인 화학 센서.
- 제2항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 링커 단위로 이루어진 쉘이 스페이서 단위로 이루어진 쉘에 의해 측쇄 반복 단위로 이루어진 쉘에 연결되어 있는 화학 센서.
- 제16항에 있어서, 스페이서 단위가 3개 이상의 탄소원자를 포함하는 알킬렌 쇄를 포함하는 가요성 구조를 갖는 화학 센서.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 제2 성분의 입자가 나노입자인 화학 센서.
- 제18항에 있어서, 나노입자가 금속으로 이루어지는 화학 센서.
- 제19항에 있어서, 금속이 Au, Ag, Pt, Pd, Co, Cu, Ni, Cr, Mo, Zr, Nb, Fe 또는 이들 금속의 배합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 화학 센서.
- 제18항에 있어서, 나노입자가 반도체 재료로 이루어지는 화학 센서.

- 제1항 내지 제24항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학 감수성 저항기, 화학 감수성 변환기, 화학 감수성 다이오드 또는 화학 감수성 콘덴서로서 형성된 것인 화학 센서.
- 기판을 제공하는 단계(a) 및균일한 센서 필름이 수득될 때까지 나노입자로 이루어진 층과 링커 단위를 갖는 비선형 중합체로 이루어진 층을 교호적으로 기판 위에 부착시켜 나노입자에 비선형 중합체를 커플링시키는 단계(b)를 포함하여, 제1항 내지 제25항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 화학 센서를 형성하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 균일한 센서 필름의 표면층이 링커 단위를 갖는 비선형 중합체로 이루어진 층으로 형성되는 방법.
- 용매 중의 링커 단위를 갖는 하나 이상의 비선형 중합체와 나노입자와의 혼합물을 기판 표면 위에서 제조하거나 기판 표면에 도포하고 용매를 제거하여 센서 매체로 이루어진 필름을 형성함을 포함하여, 제1항 내지 제25항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 화학 센서를 형성하는 방법.
- 제26항 내지 제28항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 나노입자 및/또는 링커 단위를 갖는 비선형 중합체를 부착하기 전에, 기판 표면을 관능화하여 기판 표면에 링커 그룹을 제공하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제25항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 화학 센서를 분석물에 노출시키고 센서 필름의 물리적 특성의 변화를 검출 수단으로 측정함을 포함하여, 분석물을 검출하는 방법.
