Claims (11)
- 양이온 형태의 구리로 코팅된 섬유(fiber)가 혼입되어 박테리아의 항생제 내성 균주의 비활성화에 효과적인 환자 접촉 및 보호용 텍스타일(textile) 패브릭을 건강관리 시설에 제공함을 포함하는, 병원내 감염을 퇴치 및 예방하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 텍스타일 패브릭이 침구류 제품, 환자용 의복 제품 또는 건강관리자용 의복 제품으로 형성되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 침구류 제품이 시이트, 베게 케이스 및 담요 커버를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 환자용 의복 제품이 파자마 및 잠옷을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 건강관리자용 의복 제품이 유니폼을 포함하는 방법.
- 환자 접촉 및 보호에 사용하기 위한 것으로, 양이온 형태의 구리로 코팅된 섬유가혼입되어 박테리아의 항생제 내성 균주의 비활성화에 효과적인, 건강관리 시설에서의 실내 감염을 퇴치 및 예방하기 위한 텍스타일 패브릭.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,천연 섬유, 합성 셀룰로스 섬유, 재생 단백질 섬유, 아크릴 섬유, 폴리올레핀 섬유, 폴리우레탄 섬유, 비닐 섬유 및 그들의 블렌드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고 박테리아의 항생제 내성 균주의 비활성화에 효과적인 하나 이상의 양이온 종류의 구리 코팅물을 갖는 소정의 비율의 섬유를 미처리된 보통의 섬유와 혼합된 형태로 포함하는 텍스타일 패브릭.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,천연 섬유, 합성 셀룰로스 섬유, 재생 단백질 섬유, 아크릴 섬유, 폴리올레핀 섬유, 폴리우레탄 섬유, 비닐 섬유 및 그들의 블렌드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 소정 비율의 섬유를 포함하되,상기 섬유가,제 1 단계에서, 섬유를 낮은 산화 상태의 환원제 양이온의 용액중에 적신 후,제 2 단계에서, 귀금속 양이온의 용액중에 적셔 상기 섬유상에 활성화 핵화 부위를 생성시키고,제 3 단계에서, 활성화된 텍스타일에 매우 근접하게 환원제 및 구리 염을 도입하여 구리 양이온을 생성하고, 상기 섬유를 양이온 종류의 구리로 피복하여 박테리아의항생제 내성 균주의 비활성화에 효과적인 항박테리아성을 부여함으로써 생성된 하나 이상의 양이온 종류의 구리 코팅물을 갖고, 상기 처리된 섬유가 미처리된 보통의 섬유와 혼합되어 형성된 텍스타일 패브릭.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,양이온 종류의 구리가 황산구리 용액으로부터 공급된 Cu2+이온을 포함하는 텍스타일 패브릭.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,환원제가 포름알데히드인 텍스타일 패브릭.
- 건강관리 시설에서의 실내 감염을 퇴치 및 예방하기 위한, 양이온 형태의 구리로 코팅된 섬유를 포함하여 박테리아의 항생제 내성 균주의 비활성화에 효과적인 환자 접촉 및 보호용 텍스타일 패브릭을 제조하는데 사용되는, 양이온 형태의 구리로 코팅된 섬유의 용도.
