Claims (12)
- 홀뮴(Ho)이 포함된 코어와, 전이 금속이온 또는 희토류 이온 중 하나 이상이 포함된 클래드를 포함하는 유리 광섬유 조성물에 있어서,상기 홀뮴은 0.5몰% 이하로 첨가되고,대표적 포논에너지가 600 cm-1이하이며, 단파장쪽 흡수단이 530 nm보다 작은 광섬유 조성물.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 코어에 1몰% 이하의 이터븀(Yb)이 더 포함된광섬유 조성물.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,상기 클래드에 포함되는 전이 금속이온은 Ti3+, V5+, Cr3+및 Ca2+중 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는광섬유 조성물.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,상기 클래드에 포함되는 희토류 이온은 Ee3+, Tb5+, Eu3+및 Nd2+중 선택된 하나 이상인광섬유 조성물.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,상기 광섬유 조성물의 기지 재료가 불화물계인 것을 특징으로 하는광섬유 조성물.
- 제1 항 내지 제5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 광섬유.
- 0.5몰%의 홀뮴(Ho)이 포함된 코어와, 전이 금속이온 또는 희토류 이온 중 하나 이상이 포함된 클래드를 포함하며, 대표적 포논에너지가 600cm-1이하이고 단파장쪽 흡수단이 530nm 보다 작은 유리 광섬유 조성물을 포함하며,상기 홀뮴 이온의 (5S2,5F4)->5I 천이를 이용한1340~1410nm 대역의 광증폭기.
- 제7 항에 있어서,여기 광원의 파장이 880~920nm 또는 970~990nm 대역인 것을 특징으로 하는광증폭기.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 코어에 1몰% 이하의 이터븀(Yb)이 더 포함된광증폭기.
- 제9 항에 있어서,여기 광원의 파장이 880~1000nm 대역인 것을 특징으로 하는광증폭기.
- 제7 항 또는 제9 항에 있어서,상기 클래드에 포함되는 전이 금속이온은 Ti3+, V5+, Cr3+및 Ca2+중 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는광증폭기.
- 제7 항 또는 제9 항에 있어서,상기 클래드에 포함되는 희토류 이온은 Ee3+, Tb5+, Eu3+및 Nd2+중 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는광증폭기.
