Claims (2)
- 몸체(1)의 상부 일측에는 펌프에 의해 이송되는 절삭 폐유 유입구(2)가 설치되고, 하부 일측에는 절삭유 배출구(5-1)가 설치되며, 몸체(1)의 내부에 형성된 절삭유 고임실(1-2)의 중심부에는 받침대(4)를 개재하여 내 주벽에 크롬 도금 층이 있는 콘(Cone) 형상의 원심 분리통(3)을 설치하고, 이의 상단 확개부(3-1) 일측에는 전기한 절삭 폐유 유입구(2)의 선단에 형성된 경사 분사부(2-1)가 설치되고, 그 상부에는 절삭유 배출관(5)의 일단이 끼움 연결되고, 이의 타단은 절삭유 배출구(5-1)가 있는 고임실(1-2)과 연결되며, 원심 분리통(3)의 하단 협소부(3-2)에는 받침대(4)의 저면에 패킹(6-2) 및 체결구(6-1)를 개재한 칩 배출관 (6)이 회동 가능하게 설치되어짐을 특징으로 한 절삭 폐유 속에 함유된 금속 칩의 연속 분리 제거 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 칩 배출관(6)과 연결된 칩 침전조(7)의 일측에는 절삭유 배출구(9)가 설치되고, 타측에는 칩 배출구(10)가 설치되며, 내부에는 체인 장력 조절구(8-3) 및 동축 스플라켓(8-1)과 연동 스플라켓(8-2)을 개재한 체인 스크랩퍼(8)가 설치됨을 특징으로 한 절삭 폐유 속에 함유된 금속 칩의 연속 분리 제거 장치.
