Abstract

본 고안은 제품의 진공 포장용 백 (bag)을 형성하는 관상(tubular) 요소에 관한 것으로, 이는 관상 요소의 길이를 따라 연장되며 결과적인 백의 적어도 한 내부면에 도드라지게 존재하고 제품의 진공 포장용 백을 사용할 때 감압에 의해 백 내의 공기를 방출시키는 채널(16)을 규정하는 사상(thread-like) 요소(15)를 가지는 내부층(막)(14)으로 구성된다.

Description

제품의 진공 포장용 백(bag)을 형성하는 관상(tubular)부재
본 고안은 포장재에 관한 것이며, 특히 부패하기쉬운 제품의 진공포장을 위한 불투과성, 열접착성 백(bag)을 형성하는 부재에 관한 것이다.
접착에 의해 길이방향으로 밀봉되며, 전술한 용도용 백으로 형상화될 수 있는 관상(tubular)부재 형태의 포장재는 이미 공지되어 있다. 공지된 형태에 의하면, 관상부재의 벽(wall)은 서로 다른 물질, 즉 기체가 투과할 수 없는 물질로 만들어진 외부층(막)과 열가소성, 열접착성 물질로 만들어진 내부층(막)으로 이루어진 적어도 2개의 중첩된 부재로 구성된다. 이 두 층은 직접적으로 중첩되어 있으며, 적어도 내부층은 엠보싱 또는 채널망을 가지고 있어서 백으로 진공포장시 공기의 방출이 촉진된다. 공기의 방출을 촉진시키는 채널망은 내부층, 즉 열접착성층에제공 된다.
본 고안의 목적은 서로 다른 플라스틱 재료로 제조된 두 개 이상의 층(막)으로 형성된 벽을 갖는 포장재를 제공하는 것으로, 이 포장재에서 불투과성 및 열접착성이 일정하게 유지되되 공기 방출용 채널은 관상부재 내부면의 적어도 한 면에 제공된 세장형(細長形 ; thread-like)부재에 의해 형성된다. 따라서, 본 고안의 관상부재에 의하여 형성되는 진공포장용백은 엠보싱이 제거되어 더 간단하고 경제적으로 생산되고 신뢰할 수 있는 유용성을 갖는다.
본 고안은 청구항 제 1 항에 따른, 제품의 진공포장용 백을 형성하는 관상부재에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 고안에 대한 더 상세한 설명은 첨부된 도면과 관련한 다음의 기술로 명백해 질 것이다.

일반적으로, 10 으로 나타낸 관상부재는 하나 또는 두 개의 시이트나 밴드로 형성되며 11 로 나타낸 것처럼 길이 방향의 일측 또는 양측을 따라 접착시켜서 길이 방향으로 밀봉될 수 있다. 예시된 실시예에서 관상부재는 길이 방향으로 마주보는 양측을 따라 밀봉된 두 개의 시이트 또는 밴드(12, 12')로 이루어진다. 사용시 이 관상부재를 원하는 크기로 절단하여 백을 형성하도록 양단부의 일측을 종단면 방향으로 접착시킨후 포장할 제품을 내부에 위치시키고 진공을 만든 다음 마주보는 타측을 접착시켜서 밀봉한다.
본고안의 관상부재를 형성하여 결과적으로 백을 형성하는 시이트(들)은 외부층(막)(13)과 내부층(막)(14)으로 구성되되 외부층(막)은 나일론 또는 폴리에스테르와 같은 물질로 만들어지며 기밀성, 즉 기체가 투과할 수 없는 성질을 가지며, 내부층(막)은 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리텐(polythene)같은 물질로 만들어지며 열접착성을 갖는다. 두 개의 층(막)(13, 14)은 중첩되어 있다.
본 고안에 따라, 시이트의 길이를 따라 연장되는 세장형부재(15)는 시이트(12. 12')중 적어도 하나, 예를들면 시이트(12)의 내부면, 정확하게는 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리텐으로 만들어진 내부층(막)(14)의 내부면에 제공된다. 세장형부재(15)는 백을 형성시키기 위한 관상부재를 형성시키기 위해 두개의 시이트(12, 12')를 접착시키기 전에 시이트(12)상에 제공되는 것이 바람직하다. 이들 세장형부재(15)는 내부층(막)(14)를 형성하는 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리텐과 동일한 물질로 제조되는 것이 바람직하며, 관상부재의 내부면, 즉 형성된 백의 내부면에 돌출된 상태로 있도록 적당한 방법으로 형성된다. 이러한 실시예는 도면에 나타나 있으며, 본 고안을 제품의 진공포장용 백으로 사용시 공지되어있는 통상적인 장치를 사용하여 백으로부터 공기를 완전히 빨아내어 제거시키게 할수있는 길이 방향 채널(16)이 세장형부재에 의해 관상부재 즉 백의 내부면에 형성된 것을 제 1 도와 제 2 도로부터 확인할 수 있다.
본 고안에 의해 공지의 진공포장용액으로부터 엠보싱이 제거될 수 있으므로 더 간단하고 경제적으로 진공포장용백을 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 기체가 투과할 수 없는 플라스틱 재료로 만들어진 하나 또는 그보다 많은 외부층(막)(13)과 열가소성, 열접착성 재료로 만들어진 내부층(막)(14)으로 구성되되 외부층과 내부층이 중첩되어 있는 시이트(12, 12')에 의해 형성된, 제품의 진공포장용백을 형성하는 관상부재에 있어서, 관상부재에 의해 형성되는 백의 내부면중 하나 또는 두 내부면상에 돌출상태로 관상부재의 길이방향으로 연장되는 세장형부재(15)를 내부층(막)(14)의 내부면에 형성시켜서 관상부재를 제품의 진공포장용백으로 사용시 백으로부터 공기를 빨아내어 제거시키게 할수있는 채널(16)이 세장형부재와 부재사이에 형성케하였음을 특징으로 하는 제품의 진공포장용 백을 형성하는 관상부재.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 세장형부재(15)가 내부층(막)(14)의 내부면에 제공되되 관상부재에 의해 형성되는 백의 내부면중 하나 또는 두내부면 전체에 백의 길이방향으로 연장되도록 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 관상 부재.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 시이트(12, 12')의 외부층(막)(13)은 나일론 또는 폴리에스테르로 만들어지며 시이트(12, 12')의 내부층(막)(14)은 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리텐으로 만들어지고 채널(16)을 형성하는 세장형부재(15)는 내부층(막)(14)과 동일한 물질로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 관상부재.
